Always a solid burger, fun with the kids, and the seasonal items add some nice variety that the other burger spots don’t have.
Ordering at the kiosks is even easier because you can see all the options and the staff is able to help out more and appreciate that.

Staff is helpful, however food is only ok and seams to be over rated and over priced if you don’t take advantage of promotions. I have had better burgers at half the price form local places. App is also glitchy, and crashed a few times when I was trying to order.

First time trying Shake Shack, and wow, was it delicious! I ordered a cheeseburger with fries and a side of cheese sauce. The burger was perfect. One of the best burgers I’ve ever had. I am not really a burger gal, lol, but if I ever am in the mood for one, I will definitely return!

Ordered the delivery. Both the burger and fries are cold when I received so wouldn’t taste as good as dine in. You can opt for lettuce wrap to make it healthier. Beef patty feels very authentic but not very juicy. You can also choose to avoid salt, cheese, etc. The fries are delicious with the sauce. Nothing fancy about this burger…

Nice clean place. Food was good, I really liked their chicken sandwich., they add a delicious herb mayo. The chocolate shake is really thick & it’s got custard in it, yummy. only downside is they don’t sell combos. Staff is friendly, good experience. ☺

Friendly staff, plenty of seating later in the evening once dinner rush dies down. Like most Shack Shack locations, orders take a long time to prepare. My dine-in order with a cheeseburger, fries, and shake took nearly 20 minutes despite there being very few customers.

Loads of sitting room, staff are friendly, they advise on the best stuff from the menu. It’s kinda busy but the line goes quick. There is a restroom and online order service station. Only thing I can complain about is the doors but just don’t sit by them if you feel cold. 🙂

Strange experience. Food took ages to come then was cold which is really annoying. Chicken burger also looked like it was made in a roller coaster a total mess. Brought it back. Fries then came again very hot and very nice but was finished these before the chicken burger arrived again. This time also nice. No excuse with short staff because they had plenty.

I visited while we were driving to Boston. This place was very clean and had parking available outside. They also gave us a wrong burger at first, so they brought out the correct one right away and let us keep the wrong one to ourselves.

Food is great but service was very strange. I was asking basic questions like, what comes on a certain menu order and the staff couldn’t tell me (I have certain dietary restrictions and can’t have pork products)
Ordered the hot chicken sandwich, the spicy fries, and the shackmeister cheeseburger. Each item was delicious – though a bit pricy for what it was and the size for sure. And I have to say that the sandwich and the fires were ACTUALLY spicy… which was a nice change of pace from other places I’ve been to.
Overall, recommend this spot! A solid Shake Shack.
