I was at the mall and decided to pick up some Shake Shack. I tried the French onion soup burger. It was good and juicy. The fries were crispy. I also ordered a mango lemonade with boba and it was okay. I’m not sure I would order the burger or drink, next time I may just go with the classics. The food was done fairly quickly and the staff were nice.

I had an awesome experience at Shake Shack thanks to Leo! He was friendly, attentive, and genuinely made the visit better. Leo handled everything with a great attitude, made sure my order was perfect, and checked in to see if I needed anything else. It’s rare to come across someone who brings that level of energy and care to their job. Shake Shack is lucky to have him—highly recommend looking for Leo if you want top-notch service!

First time eating at Shake shack. Love the ease of ordering. Short wait for my food. Price was a little high I thought, until I got the food. It was absolutely delicious. Great staff. Alex saw me with a toddler and helped me to my table with a very large order. They even came to check on me while I was eating. One minor take away? It’s in a food court and it’s pretty crowded. But worth it.

The only hamburger I eat it’s a shake shack burger but today I had a very disappointing experience with our meals , burgers were dry and fries tasted like really old fries. The staff were nice and friendly but the quality of food definitely needs to improve.

It’s ridiculous to wait 25 minutes and see other people who ordered after you get their food and go. We ordered only a 6 piece Chick’s Bites and a Non-dairy Chocolate Shake. There is no reason it should take that long. I had to ask about the order after 15 minutes and we got the bites, the shake hadn’t been made. It took another 10 minutes for the shake. Completely unacceptable for a fast food, food court place.
