First time at a Shake Shack. The shake was really good. When I came in, there was about 4 people in line and one of the associates let me know I could use the self kiosk which was super easy to use. He brought my food to my table. I was in town for a conference and shortly after I got my food, the place quickly filled up and the line was to the door. It seems like it took them about 20 minutes to get the line down which I was impressed with. I also watch the workers keep a positive attitude through the chaos. The chicken bites were good, real chicken. Enjoyed the bacon cheese fries. Burgers were juicy and flavorful.

Have gone there 2 times and they haven’t been that pleasant. Service is good, the staff is very friendly and the place is clean, the food however is not that good imo. Tried the chicken nuggets and they were sad but thought it was just that one time, however, I recently gave it another chance and tried the burger and was highly disappointed again. In the picture you’ll see how it looks, that was $9, to me it’s very overpriced and the taste is bland. I’ve tried better burgers for cheaper. No hate to this shake shack, I’d just prefer to go somewhere else for better food at a cheaper price.

The place was clean and packed. Good food traffic, horrible parking, though. The order ahead is a great option, but the app wasn’t working correctly. The team members were very polite and visibly working hard. The food was a little pricey for the portion. Tasty, but nothing to write home about. Average, to be honest. Might give it a second try but it’s not jotted down on my NEED to try again.

Disgusting! Ordered delivery and half my order was missing. 2 Shack burgers one bunless and 2 orders of fries. This is what arrived! I paid $2.00 extra for avocado and they give me one tiny gone bad piece of avocado, sour tomato, disgusting old green leaves. my other burger was just not even there. How?? Why??

Absolutely fabulous food. The food is really fresh, the burgers are so juicy, the shakes are yummy and the cheesy fries are perfectly cheesy. We spent $80 on 3 adults and 1 child. This was my first time eating here but definitely not my last. I highly recommend it.

Love Shake Shack!! Some of the most delicious ever. This location is convenient but the parking situation is not ideal. There’s not very much parking spaces and lot is very tight and awkward. The staff is super friendly and nice and food came out quickly and right. I would definitely recommend it but be prepared for a parking delays.
