Our cashier, David, was professional, engaging, and frankly gave exceptional service. The food was delicious, especially the burgers, yum! The atmosphere was also very nice with other families and young people enjoying a night out at Shake Shack.

The food and service was good, however the restaurant allows dogs inside the restaurant. These are not service animals. The dogs were actively eating ice cream slurping it all over the floor. In addition they got on top of the seats. It is against the health code in the state of Florida To allow dogs where food is being prepared or people are eating. Dogs are only allowed outdoors at restaurants. I brought this to the attention of one of the employees and he said that the restaurant allows dogs. I love and have owned dogs, but I’ve never taken one inside of a restaurant. That is because I’m considerate of others. Apparently this restaurant doesn’t consider those of us would prefer to eat in a healthy environment.

New to this burger joint , you wish this place was the best representation of all locations. Its got a area for the kids to stay active and entertained with games and clean wipes for those games! How thoughtful! But the food and self service is very well done will be coming back when the Korean chicken sandwich is available. They put mayo in the sandwich so let them know if you want it to not be on the sandwich. Its more pricier on the side of burgers but if you enjoy a good burger once in a while trust me just stick to this place.

I’ve been coming here since 2020 when I came to UM. The food has never disappointed me at all! Never had a stomach ache or anything and it always taste good. Love this location!
One worker who stands out among the many is lady named Chereka…but she WORKS!!! You can see it in her work ethic; always greets me, always smiles, always make sure I have everything I need . She runs this place! Its also her B-day and I hope her work place recognizes her. She is the true definition of good work ethic! Everyone loves her warm-inviting attitude!

The service was outstanding everyone so cheerful and helpful. I got a refill without having to get up and they picked up my tray ☺️. People forget how important is customer service but Shake Shack hasn’t. Thank you for an exceptional experience ☺️

I lowkenuinely love this place. The food is so good, although it is a bit more expensive the food quality makes it 100% worth it. The place is always super clean, the workers are really friendly and helpful, and there’s a kid’s section with games. For a restaurant, having a chess board with only one piece missing is a big plus. The Shroom burger is really the only thing I order when I go to Shake shack and it was delicious. I was able to get extra shake shack sauce and extra pickle and extra onion without extra cost. The contrast of the cold vegetables and the hot patty was great! I love the sandwich, and I didn’t feel stuffed after I ate it, but I felt satisfied. Look how pretty it looks.
Also, the staff was very professional, friendly, and courteous. Definitely a step above what you normally get at your usual fast food restaurants.
My only note to management, is on the little stands on the table that ask you to leave a review, you should indicate that this is the Coral Gables location because the website asks you for the city and if you put in you don’t get it, but the young lady reminded me this was Coral Gables.

This Coral Gables location is hands-down one of the best. The ShackBurger was perfectly juicy, the Crinkle Cut Fries were hot and crispy, and the service was incredibly fast despite the lunch rush.

100/10 experience at this Shake Shack location! Chericka (my spelling might be off) was so kind and super costumer friendly, was always making sure that all the tables were cleaned, that customers were satisfied with their dine in experience and beyond that also placing orders in the “Mobile orders” spot! I also had a coupon and it was not working with the app but they helped fix the problem immediately! The rest of the staff was also friendly! It gets very busy at around dinner time but they handled everything like pros and the order was accurate and delicious! The avocado hamburger was yummy and the hotdog as well! would go back again!

FOOD FLAVOR was delicious. But food was cold. Not warm at all. I ordered Togo. They didn’t include the fries. It wasn’t till I got down the street that I noticed & had to turn around at 3pm traffic on US1. The floors were ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. you immediately slide when you walk in the door. My burger was a French onion online burger and it was 12/10. Sooooo delicious, I’ll definitely be back but I will not order ahead. And there’s no take out window. They need to remove that off the website. You have to get out & go inside. The staff wasn’t friendly but they weren’t rude neither. I was standing around waiting for fries when I came back & instead of helping me, they’d rather sweep. I had to ask the girl sweeping to hand me my fries. I would say it was busy but there was only 3 ppl in the entire store. (Also a reason to not have forgotten the fries) biggest complaint is temperature.
