Shake Shack is one of our go-to burger places. Our kids love their burgers and French Fries. They just recently added the Dubai milk shake, which we’ve tried and was pretty decent! It’s a pretty relaxed and clean burger spot with indoor & outdoor seatings! Plenty of parking spaces. Very clean & the staffs were all great! It’s a kids friendly place with a foosball table for family fun time together! This location is conveniently located in a very high traffic shopping plaza with plenty of wonderful shops around right outside of Christiana Mall. I wish they have Truffle Burger at this location. We had it at another location and is one of our favorite burger! All-in-all, it is a wonderful time to spend with family! ️

Shake Shack never disappoints! We stopped here during a visit to the mall. Their fries are perfectly crispy, the shakes are rich and creamy, and the burgers are juicy and packed with flavor. It’s always a satisfying experience from the first bite to the last sip. Highly recommend for a quick bite that hits the spot!

The food was very delicious but the burgers were very greasy. I guess that should be expected with all of that flavor. We also tried the fries and the onion rings. I thought the onion rings were really good, the batter that they use to make them is on point.

First time ever having a shake shack. The restaurant was clean and inviting. It had a nice place to sit outside. The fries for me personally were too salty. The burger was amazing but a little small for the price you pay. There were not a lot of people there when we ate here but it took about 15 min before the food came. It was good but to be honest with, nothing special.

First time eating at Shake Shake we were very disappointed. Found out it is best to order from the automated screen rather than ordering from the human at the counter. We didn’t know there was options to add on your burger.
Long story short. This time my wife got the chicken burger and I ordered a double veggie burger with the bells and whistles. It was the best burger I have ever had and my wife was very pleased with her order.
What really sticks out there is how friendly the staff is. They do take pride in what they do. Good food, friendly people, clean dining area. Only complaint is the price but you get what you pay for.

My son and I stopped in for dinner while in town for a soccer tournament on January 16th. It was BUSY. Unfortunately, someone decided to take our food while we were waiting. It happens. Fortunately, the staff were AMAZING. They remade our order when I asked about it right away and were incredibly kind, thoughtful, helpful, and polite. They apologized several times (even though it wasn’t their fault or necessary) for the inconvenience. Great service and a stellar staff.

Not friendly. The young lady that took our order, her name wasn’t on the receipt, was miserable. I’ve only been to a Shake Shack one time prior to this visit, and that was years ago. I asked her if the hotdog was 1/4 lbs or a regular hotdog, and she didn’t have and answer, didn’t ask someone, and she looked annoyed that I even asked. Once my order was complete, she told me the screen would ask me a question. The question on the screen was what percentage would I like to add for a tip which goes to the whole staff, I left 15% thinking she would see I left a tip and maybe this would improve her mood. Nope, she didn’t acknowledge I had left a tip, she handed me a number and told me my order would be delivered to my table when ready.They ask you to do a survey, which I will, but I highly doubt it will do any good.

The kids ordered grilled cheese. The grilled cheese was burnt, but I made the kids eat it. Shamefully, I didn’t want to complain because I assumed the young lady at the counter wouldn’t respond correctly, and I just didn’t want to have any other interactions with her. I know I took the easy way out, but I’ve been beaten down from the majority of employees at all customer service businesses. With the exception of the burnt grilled cheese, everything else in our order was very good.
Price; I expect to pay more because the food is prepared to order, and the quantity is above the average fast food burger establishment. The freshness, quality, and taste were excellent, but the portions were too small for the price. In comparison, I pay the bigger price at 5 Guys, and they have the same quality but way bigger portion.
Would have give 5 stars if it weren’t for the customer service, burnt grilled cheese, and the quantity of the food.

This is a great place for a quick meal, in a nice atmosphere. Service was excellent, the employees are helpful, friendly and aim to please. They welcome service animals, and pets. The shack burger and crinkle cut fries was great, the lemonade needs tweaking, they have vegetarian options. It is child friendly, there is a game table. Overall its great for families, a date or self care outing and its economical. There is ample parking. I love Shake Shaks’ motto “At Shake Shack, we stand for: Humane treatment of cattle throughout their life. No antibiotics. No added hormones, Our burgers & fries don’t contain MSG”

This is place is okay the food is okay. It’s nice that they have options of wine and beer. The shakes were fantastic. The service not so great. The price food is a much for what you get. It’s okay but you could go to Chilli’s a cross the street and pay the same for more food. We are shocked at price it’s like a fast food it’s better quality but some of the service was not great. You if you have kids I guess it’s great. Burger was good quality it didn’t make me sick. The wine was okay. I don’t know if we will be back. Maybe to grab a shake if we are in the area. Cheese fries were okay maybe they could have given more cheese. It’s good place for a quick bite it won’t take you long to finish. The presentation is sad I guess we are just eating where they give you a plate. I was a little taken back because they deliver the food to you. So it’s different that’s for sure.
