Stopped by the Shake Shack at Westfield Mall and was really impressed—especially with their new chicken bites formula! It’s made with wheat now, and the flavor and texture are so much better than before. Pairing it with BBQ or ranch sauce really enhances the taste—definitely worth a try!
I’m not someone who usually experiments with the whole menu, but these chicken bites are hands down the best. I also love their onion rings and a couple of their shakes, which never disappoint. The staff here are super friendly, the service is quick, and the location is spotless.
Perfect place to grab a quick bite before or after shopping—great food, great vibe, and an overall fantastic experience at this Shake Shack!

Im a big fan of this Shake Shack the staff are extremely nice and they make my burgers to perfection every single time. The atmosphere isnt too bad but there are just days it could feel cleaner in the dining area. But overall I definitely recommend eating at this fine establishment and anything that you order is made very well to enjoy.

The Shack Burger was delicious. It was even better if you ordered double beef patties. However, It doesn’t come as a combo. Fries are sold separately. Overall, the food I ordered was fresh, The food service was fast, and a great atmosphere by the outdoor dining and food court area.

Food was very very good, but definitely not an everyday eat: greasy, cheesy, and always hits the spot. The food is very expensive though; the normal burger was $12.00 not including tax and tip, and fries were around $6.00. The sauces were also quite disappointing.

First shake shack experience here. I usually don’t like burgers but this place really changed my mind. It is on the pricier end for how small it is but I would totally come back. The portions are perfect for me. But I did have to order a couple more for the rest of my family.

Tried Shake Shack Burger for the first time, and it didn’t disappoint!
Located in Century City Mall, we arrived at 4 PM on a Saturday evening. It was extremely busy, but we managed to find parking within 30 minutes. Despite the crowd, we always found a seat.
We ordered two Double Truffle Burgers, and they were absolutely delicious! My daughter gave them a solid 9 out of 10. With just two burgers for the three of us, we were so full by 5 PM that we didn’t even need dinner afterward.
Highly recommended to visit and try this place!

Very nice burger joint at the mall food court in Century City! Bacon cheddar burger is the bomb! Chicken sandwich is a chick fila knock off, but well done. Fries are very good and crispy. Their cookies and cream shake is fantastic (with malt). Frozen custard was great. Chicken nuggets were 4 stars out of 5. Recommended. Service was perfect and even the bussing staff was courteous and efficient. Decor is nice, music not too loud and the place was clean and tidy. 5 minute line. Full ADA access. Highly recommended.

I enjoy eating Shake Shack’s Shackburger. They have Hamburger, Chicken Sandwich, and Hot Dogs. They also have Shakes and Frozen Custard. And I also enjoy the Crinkle Cut Fries. They also have different kinds of drinks like Spring Citrusade, Fifty/Fifty Kiwi Apple Limeade, and Fifty/Fifty Spring Citrusade. They also sometimes do a Special Menu for Every Month. So this is a good place to get a lunch and it is in the Westfield Century City Mall.

Well, first of all it is just the best burger ever. Brought our daughters here and you should have seen how wide their eyes got tasting them. I will say, they are not huge, I can see why folks would order a double if hungry. Not as much of a novelty as other pots might be. But I would go for flavour over size and the option is there if you want more. Then there’s the shakes. Crazy good. The chocolate shake is just incredibly full of flavour. Famous for a reason. The sauces make the fries come alive. Then there is the service, we had Maribel bend over backwards to get us a hot spice for our fries (above and beyond) and she was so super friendly too. Great place and a must for us every visit to the states.
