Employees top tier here. Had a homeless guy stumble in and approach me take his hat off and asked me if he could pray for me. Which kinda offended me cause I don’t really look like I’m going thru anything but whatever I was waiting for a burger anyway so he starts this prayer but right away the prayer was like talking about how he needs more women and stuff and one of the employees out of the corner of my eye like looked at me and made eye contact and gave me the “hey bro everything cool look” and I gave him the thumbs up and he thumbs up back but still the team at shake shack was in works making my food and setting up the play on the pray as the prayer continued for over 2 min the employee made eye contact with another employee to which the employee stepped up and saved me from the weird praying homeless guy and got him away with a two on one “sir can you please leave the customer alone”. Handled swiftly and professionally by the staff. Really remarkable and then back to work like yea we been here before this is nothing new. All the employees need a raise here. Best burger spot on the street maybe the city. Good food starts with legendary employees and these two dudes are the best just awesome time here might drive back for lunch

I had to wait 5 minutes for a lemonade with no ice inside, then I had to wait an additional 3 seconds just to hear excuses. On top of that both of my burgers looked like two ducks put in together with their beaks. I’m sure Ray Charles could’ve done better!

Will (maybe the manager?) was incredibly, incredibly helpful. I had a delivery order pick up my food and then not move for half an hour. I was close enough to the location that I came to pick it up myself, and he said the driver picked it up half an hour ago. He very quickly offered to remake it for me on the double. He was super understanding and kind, and most importantly, went way above and beyond to help me. Thank you so much Will!

This Shake Shack location is my favorite! The restaurant and bathroom were clean, and the staff was kind and accommodating. My burger and fries were hot and satisfied my craving. The custard here is the best—I never leave without getting a root beer float!

We ordered two burgers : ShackBurger and Shack Stack with spicy cheese fries ( Cheese sauce on sides). The fries were the best but the burgers didn’t disappoint us as well. The service was okay. The food was relatively quick. The place wasn’t very crowded though it was kind of late, around 10 PM.

This restaurant is an absolute joke. I ordered this gluten free shack burger in the shake shack app and received the most pathetic portion I’ve ever seen of lettuce and tomato. My order also included a regular shack burger with large tomato slices and lettuce. This has to be a joke. I could’ve cried I was so hungry, and I lost my appetite peeling the three pieces of tomato stacked on top of each other because they were all congealed into the cheese. I also had to eat it without the top bun because all of the sauce was attached to the shred of lettuce on the burger.

I was in a rush, but wanted a good burger, so stopped by this place. Can’t complain too much about the food, but for the price, it’s just a burger and fries. It’s probably a fun place to hit up with a group, or a later night snack, but I can’t be a regular because the value is just not there. There are other places I’d rather pay $20 for a meal. Wouldn’t mind going again, but not going out of my way to visit.
