We ordered two burgers : ShackBurger and Shack Stack with spicy cheese fries ( Cheese sauce on sides). The fries were the best but the burgers didn’t disappoint us as well. The service was okay. The food was relatively quick. The place wasn’t very crowded though it was kind of late, around 10 PM.

Shake Shack’s location is just perfect. They make always tasteful and juicy burgers. I like ShackBurger more than others. I’m not huge fan of French fries, but most of time I order their cheese fries which is really good and delicious. Their service is ok, not any complaints but someone needs to check and clean restroom more often.

Went back to try this location again and had a beef burger instead – it was delicious and my experience was very different from my previous review. I think the beef is probably better than the chicken at Shake Shack so perhaps stick to that. Happy to upgrade my review to a 4 🙂

I’ve always had a great experience at this shake shack. I enjoy the area that it’s located. The service is exactly what you would expect. The food is good for a burger joint. I always liked the vibe shake shacks had as well. I would definitely recommend especially for a hangover cure!

Service was terrible today. My food sat for over 10 minutes because the person taking orders did not want to give the people their food. When she was finally done taking orders instead of handing out meal. She turned to the kitchen and asked if someone would come and help her. Even though she was not busy at all. I tipped and feel as though she did not deserve the tip. I spent over 20 bucks for my food and did not get it until it was cold. The kitchen made the food with love only to be tainted by the poor service from the cashier.

I was very disappointed with the quality and quantity of the meal. The chicken sandwich has gotten smaller, but the price has gotten bigger. I don’t understand these establishments, they want to win from all corners. They make the meals smaller to win from that aspect, but they’re still not happy, they increase their prices to double their winnings. That’s very sad and wrong. I guess they can set their own rules, but I’ll do what I can and that is to not buy from any of these franchises anymore.
