5/5 Stars – Absolutely incredible experience! I came specifically for the limited edition Korean menu and it did not disappoint. The crispy chicken was perfectly cooked, and the Korean bacon cheese fries were a total standout—salty, savory, and delicious. The Korean BBQ sandwich had the perfect balance of flavors. On top of the food, the service was top-notch. I loved every bite and highly recommend catching this menu while it lasts!

This burger was absolutely delicious! The patty was cooked perfectly with a great sear on the edges, and the melted cheese added the perfect richness. The fresh lettuce, crisp onions, and juicy tomatoes balanced it out with a refreshing crunch, while the bacon gave it that extra savory kick. Every bite was flavorful, fresh, and satisfying—definitely a burger worth coming back for!

I have heard good things about this chain and I liked the modern look and feel in their Resturant. However, the food didn’t impress me at all. For some reason I was expecting a slightly higher quality / modern fast food experience. But especially the burgers aren’t special at all. The bun is just standard, the sauce / toppings not standing out in any way. The staff is very nice and friendly at this location. The prices are too high for the quality of food you get. If you are on a budget, Id still recommend to go to the usual suspects such as Habit Burger, Carl’s Junior or In And Out where you get not much lower quality for a significantly better price.

We came in right before closing — which we know is probably not the most convenient time — but Mike, the manager, could not have been more kind, professional, and accommodating. He went above and beyond to make sure our experience was top-notch.
We tried the Dubai chocolate shake (a must-try — it’s phenomenal), and Mike even made sure we had spoons so we could fully enjoy it. Despite being close to closing time, he welcomed us with a smile, ensured our order was perfect, and graciously let us stay to finish our meal without ever making us feel rushed.
The service and food quality at this location are truly exceptional. Mike’s hospitality made a lasting impression — we’ll absolutely be back and highly recommend this Shake Shack to anyone looking for a great meal with even better service!

I got the quality of food I expected from a Shake Shack here. The atmosphere was quiet and pleasant for enjoying the burgers, and an employee even offered me a refill for my fountain drink (I didn’t know that was available) as they came out to serve another order. I really appreciated that.

To be honest, It did not impress me. I’ve heard so many good things about this place that my expectation was high. The only thing super tasty were the shakes. The hamburgers were not very tasty. Even the bun was not good. Besides that it is very pricey! We spend over $70 for 3 people.

I used the self-service kiosk to place my order, and at the end of my order process the system asked if I wanted to leave a tip. A tip for what, exactly? The people in the back doing their jobs?
I’m not interacting with anyone except the person who walked nine steps to bring me my food, and the owners have the audacity to put a prompt for a tip in the system? I paid $20 for a single burger, regular fries and a Coke; that’s already highway robbery…and then they ask if I want to leave a tip.
I will never go back.
