The food was amazing as always, but what really stood out was Jesus’ outstanding customer service. He made the entire experience unforgettable. I truly appreciate him and can’t wait to come back. I live right around the corner, and my husband and I will definitely be visiting at least once a week. Thank you, Jesus, for such an incredible experience!
NYC where lines with 10-20+ people so it was ridiculous to have to wait so long when I was hungry after a work out 3 hours earlier. Practically begging for the Shake shack food I paid for watching others after me ger there’s first
Ridiculous and what a careless and mistake that does make sense I felt so t’s disrespected and insulting as if I’m not worthy to sit and dine it at this Buckhead location. And where I’ve been about 7 times before but thus was the worst! I suspect because I have a unique unusual name, there was some bias. And so I was relegated like a dog to just eat at home in this bagged meal. Your workers here need to learn cultural sensitivity and to read orders properly and not dismiss others or fear mispronouncing unique names. The guest worker from NY offered me a free drink, as some type of consolation for this mistake which didn’t make up for this mishap. Ironically the one I preferred the passionfruit mango I believe. Then my burger was not hot & fresh but luke warm. And it was sloppy as anothet mistake, no bun but made in a lettuce wrap! When on customize I chose to add rlettuce as an add on.
It was a sloppy mess, could barley enjoy it… So I had to get up again ask for a warm bun. Already wasted too much time there over 45 minutes. So was not wasting any additional time to redo this French onion burger as my car on the street parking meter.
I was so upset and annoyed and disrespected I pay for this insult than injury. I then talked for a manager who seemed indifferent. She did offere me a refund which I dis accept med because why pay to be treated terribly and for such a sloppy burger.I doubt I’ll ever return here or any Shake Shack. I’m so glad there are other small locally owned great tasting smash burger spots, where my order will be correct and I will be treated with dignity.
A special commendation goes to Zay, our customer service assistant. Zay was incredibly polite, attentive, and ensured we had everything we needed throughout our meal. Her exceptional service made our dining experience even more enjoyable.
Overall, everything was very, very lovely. I wholeheartedly give Shake Shack a 5 out of 5 and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great meal with outstanding service.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I tried the bacon cheeseburger and fries, and everything hit the spot. The burger was juicy, flavorful, and cooked to order, while the crinkle-cut fries were crispy and delicious. Service was fast and friendly, making the whole experience even better. Definitely worth the visit if you’re in Atlanta and craving a quality burger!
