My girlfriend and I stopped there over the weekend. The gentleman that rang us up appeared to be either the team lead or some kind of manager. Very personable and quite friendly. The burgers were cooked perfectly, grilly as my girlfriend would call them. The crinkle cut fries were right on the border of too soft for me. If you prefer them crispier you may want to ask when you order. I did not. I got a chocolate shake in my girlfriend got a root beer float and they were both delightful. They have entrances in both the front and rear of the building. Plenty of seating as well as kiosks for those who don’t want to interact with other people LOL and of course you can actually place your order with a human.

This was my first time here and I’m so surprised. It’s absolutely delicious. It’s not a cheap crappy fast food burger. This is a real quality meat. It was very, very, very delicious and I typically don’t eat this kind of food. They were so nice and friendly and we got a puppuccino for our dogs. Highly recommend !!i VERY HELPFUL Friendly staff, clean environment and great food cooked well!!

With all due respect to the management, it was unpleasant to hear one of the restaurant employees yell at me in front of so many people. I am a lady and I deserve respect. I only came to pick up an Uber Eats order. It’s a job like any other, and today the man from the restaurant yelled at me from afar. That’s no way to speak to a lady; it’s disrespectful. I’ve never experienced such an unpleasant situation. You can check; the order was delivered to the customer without any problem. I have no reason to steal an order. Unfortunately, since he insisted on yelling at me, I had to yell back. But I respect you, and I respect you. Of all the restaurants, today was very unpleasant. None of the employees are as disrespectful as that man today. I hope the management checks the security cameras and can identify who is responsible and fire that man from the restaurant. We are all human and we all deserve respect; no one is better than anyone else.

I’m from VA and the closest Shake Shack is around 4 hours away so whenever the opportunity presents itself I can’t pass it up.
From quality to service they always get the job done. The fact I’m even giving a fast casual chain a review tells you all you need to know. One of the best burgers in the game.

Food was okay. Fries were not hot and mushroom sandwich was not very filling. It tasted like a onion ring burger. Gonna stick to the beef burgers only.
Shakes are good though. Tried the vanilla shake malted and was not disappointed.
Tried the Bacon Avocado Cheeseburger, it was solid. Toppings were very fresh and the meat was very juicy. The new spicy fries were just okay. Didn’t taste much better than their standard crinkle fries.

Our order somehow got missed in the kitchen. The manager Andre immediately addressed the issue and got our food made right away! He offered to get us a shake on the house but we didn’t want anything. He still insisted on giving us a couple $5 off coupons for our next visit. He went above and beyond, and had such a nice, kind energy! Overall a great experience!

Our fries came with a huge strand of hair, and instead of addressing the issue properly, the store manager just walked up to us, said ‘It’s awful,’ and left—without even bothering to apologize. Yes, it is awful, and clearly, customer satisfaction, cleanliness, and hygiene are not a priority here. Well done!

By popular demand, I’m reviewing Shake Shack – it is my first visit. Burgers are good. Juicy and flavorful. So is chicken sandwich.
Fries are just ok – whether plain, cheesy or with bacon.
Grilled cheese….bread slices looked like they were run over by the car…flat as a pancake. Not too much flavor either.
Shakes are good .
Seating is plentiful.
You can order online, via app, or interactive kiosk at the establishment.
However, for the price paid ($60 for party of 3) I consider them expensive for the value received

Okay sorry about photos I already ate but this is an amazing place to eat, Such good service and enviroment and food. Perfect for family meals, hangouts with friends, or a casual lunch pickup. I love shake shack and always go to this wonderful location. The food is so fresh and does not make me feel bloated after, there are plenty of healthy options to for people who have specific diets such as gluten free. Overall lovely food place and would reccomend

These are some of the best burgers. Cheese is great and they have a slight crispness to them which I really like. The bacon cheese fries were just ok I would probably not get those again. They were not very friendly inside, maybe because of COVID measures in place. I would return.
