Came to this location around 4pm on a Saturday. Not very busy, ordered 2 burgers and a parmesan garlic fries. Burgers like usual were amazing! So much flavor and texture. The fries were plain and I was a little disappointed. Also ordered their Mango passion fruit boba and it was a little sour and bitter and had almost a chemical taste.

I just picked up the order and 20 mins away from there. Open the box and see like this black burned hotdog for my kid? So mad!

Changed from 5 stars to 2. I have had 2 issues in the entire time I’ve coming to this location[since it opened]. This time they gave me a raw burger. Hot in the outside cold in the inside. I ordered it well done because they’re never well done either way.

This was hands down the best fast-food experience I’ve had in a long time.
Shake Shack is usually a quick order, eat, and go kind of place, but this location felt more like a high-end restaurant. The staff didn’t just stay behind the counter. They walked around, checked on tables, asked if we needed anything.
That kind of attention says a lot about whoever’s running this place. You could tell the team actually cared. Food was great as always, but the service is what stood out.

The Shake Shack at Blakeney is very clean, and the casher was ready to take orders if the kiosk was full with people waiting to order. The burger was dry, so smoothed it with ketchup. But the crinkle fries were amazing! If you go there, leave the burger for another day and order the fries with a shake.

Restaurant was absolutely filthy. Tried to get the attention of an employee but we had to wipe our own table in order to sit down. Dining room and bathrooms both dirty and trashy. Music bad and super loud. Not a good atmosphere for anyone over the age of 16. Would give zero stars if possible

I have came here many times, and every single time, the burgers were amazing. The patties are soft and melt in your mouth, the buns are buttery, and the toppings are very tasty. 100% recommend

Stopped in to grab a quick lunch for our family of 6, ordered and found one table for the lot of us. Burgers were good, bacon cheese fries were undercooked and the cheese sauce was cold, those went in the trash. Daughter liked the chicken avocado sandwich. Felt expensive for what we got, but what doesn’t these days, I’m sure the rent isn’t cheap at this location.

Two different visits…both were great experiences! Bacon Avocado Cheeseburger and the other pic was regular Cheeseburger and a Double Bacon Cheeseburger. Shake Shack for the win!
