I arrived when they first opened! It was very clean and very empty. My chicken sandwiches were given to me with old lettuce I said something to the store and they did not offer to replace them my order cam up to over $50 pretty crazy! I understand why the review here is so low! Very disappointed.

I have never seen food for 9 people come out so quick and be that delicious and amazing. All the workers were awesome and it was very clean and chill. Chicken for a burger spot was also amazing. Plus we drove from Cleveland to visit family and they made everything enjoyable especially with the friendly aura.

I’ve been here twice now. The first time didn’t go so well. I didn’t think the did tasted that good. I didn’t like the fries. The second visit was better…the SmokeShack burger seemed to be on the small side, but it tasted good. The shake I got was okay… Nothing special. I’m not sure I’m going to go back.

I tried to place a large order within an hour of them closing and when I arrived, being very hungry and having severe pregnancy brain, I realized that I forgot to confirm the order. We actually got our order confused with another and upon finding out the mistake, the restaurant was extremely understanding and quickly made my order, about 15 mins before closing. They even refused a tip for the inconvenience. I am very grateful for their professionalism!

One of my favorite burger chain. This location doesn’t disappoint. It is so roomy and open. The one in downtown is so crowded and dirty all the time. Maybe I haven’t visit a shake snack for a while beside the ones in CLT airport. They bring food to your table now? Not necessary but thanks.
Burger is good, patty taste fresh and not dry. Bun is soft and not chemical like. Simple but wonderful. Burger is not supposed to be complicated anyway. Another bonus is that they open late.

Great burger with lettuce wrap! The fried chicken was good and the custard was alright. For two to eat it was about $50 which is pricey for this style of restaurant. That was even with a coupon.

On top of them NEVER giving me napkins or ketchup every single time I asked for it in the app, I got a double bacon cheeseburger and my the bacon was SEVERELY UNDERCOOKED. The bacon looked cooked at first glance but, after two bites, I noticed that the bacon was chewy, flexible and wobbly… THAT MEANS IT’S RAW!! Then after taking a closer look, I noticed that the bacon was too light to be cooked in any fashion. As a result, I’ve had SALMONELLA FOR THE PAST TWO DAYS!!! While this is the first time you guys gave me salmonella, this is not the first time I’ve gotten undercooked bacon; I was given undercooked bacon on my burger every single time!!! Idk who you have working the grills back there but you better start telling your workers to start OVERCOOKING the bacon at this point. Bacon should be crispy, not soft, chewy, and flexible. It’s abundantly clear that you guys haven’t had a single health inspector step foot in that building in some years. To call this laziness would be an understatement, I am sick as a result of your employees’ gross negligence.

We had read about this chain and looked forward to trying it out. Last time we were in town we tried to go but couldn’t find a parking spot so we finally gave up. This time with a little more tenacity on behalf of my sister who was driving, we finally got a parking spot. The ordering at the door was a put off especially for first timers like us. We didn’t really know what was what. Once ordered we got our condiments and seat. The place was decently clean. The bus boy was constantly walking around dancing and throwing around his package of wipes. Like, constantly. He wiped the tables down over and over again. The hamburgers and fries were good. A lot like diner hamburgers. The hot dog looked good as well. French fries were cooked well. Shake were ok. Overall, I am not sure what all of the hype is about. There are a bunch of diners that make this same food for cheaper and with easier parking. The atmosphere was nice. Do pay attention to the table legs. Oh my …… I hit my knee on the I beam table leg and wanted to scream. I probably looked like a crazy woman as I tried to stifle my pain and the swear words that were building in my mouth. It actually broke the skin of my knee and I have a nasty welt of a bruise. What a dumb idea for a table leg! I would probably be willing to do a pick up order here in the future. But I probably will not bother with the traffic and parking just for this.

Great food. Professional staff. Clean restaurant. This is our third day in a row eating shake shack with my wife and kids. I’d still recommend shake shack, but pricing is a little steep so we don’t come here as often. This three day streak was only because the kids were craving it after we had it once. They changed their minds pretty quickly. But if there were things like combo pricing, we will probably find more excuses to come back more often.
