I’ve been to the Shake Shack in Bellevue square a few times and it never disappoints. It does get busy, so there’s usually a 15–20 minute wait, but the service is still well organized and worth it.
You can order ahead or use the kiosks, which makes things easier. The quality has been consistent every time.
I usually get the Chicken Shack, chicken bites, and cheese fries, and everything has always been fresh and delicious. Definitely a reliable spot when you’re craving Shake Shack.

Let’s just be honest about this food and its pricing. We went for Snowflake Lane and came for dinner. We were shocked by what we received. This is the grilled cheese sandwich and onion rings. The sandwich speaks for itself. Unbelievable. The onion rings were almost 6.00 for 6 onion rings the size of a half dollar. I asked the employee there about it and he said yes, you get exactly 6. They are 1.00 per onion ring. The employee told us he would never pay that much for them. This food was so overpriced and gross. I can now understand why it was so empty on a Friday night during SnowFlake Lane. Gave us a good laugh, but never again!

We decided to stop in to Bellevue square on our way to Seattle to do a little shopping first and get something to eat. Once we got a directory it was super easy to walk over, we used the self service ordering system allowing us to customize our order with out holding up others in line. That was nice, we found a table. Food didn’t take long to get brought out, it was hot juicy and delicious. Wish we had a shake shack in Spokane. Service was excellent, they checked on us atleast once

This is my favorite Shake Shack location! All of the staff are super friendly, I can hit it up after work, and the food is always fresh!

Update : Shake Shack did not rectify the situation and worst of all the support agent was not willing to accept feedback. Stay away from shake shack people.
Visited the Shake Shack at Bellevue Square expecting something remotely close to the hype. Instead, I got:
• A cheeseburger that had… almost zero cheese. I guess “cheese” is more of a suggestion?
• The patty was dry, overcooked, and tough—basically meat jerky on a soggy sponge of a bun (why was the bun wet?).
• Service? Nonexistent. We were ignored twice when politely asking if our food was ready. Not even a glance. Felt like I was invisible.
• The overall vibe of the place was chaotic and disinterested. It gets 2 stars only because at least the building looks nice.

Atmosphere: 2/5
Overall: 1/5
Value meal from McDonalds is tastier and cheaper folks. Don’t go here.

One of my all time favourites when it comes to burgers and sandwiches. The chicken sandwich is probably one of the best. A perfect blend of succulence and flavour. Their cheeseburger is amazing as well. My wife tried the veg shack and it was not great at all. But they were gracious enough to take it back and served us fried and chicken bites, which were again amazing. Their non-shake drinks are decent and could be avoided.
Definitely in my top 3 fast food chains. Also one of the few fast food chains where the food is served at your table. The ambience gives a premium feel as well.

Updated review: Tried an evening visit and sadly experienced a different restaurant experience. 10 staff members standing around with no food coming out, waited 25 minutes for order, fries were slightly overcooked and they were out of pump machine ketchup.
Old review: Outstanding new addition to our Bellevue burger choices! Every aspect of my experience was Outstanding. The burgers are cooked fresh with a noticeable higher quality meat product! My favorite crinkle fries are served here and come with free Heinz ketchup, yes free, becoming more hard to find now days. A must try next to Bellevue Square Mall. Bravo!

Serviceable spot for burgers Got two ShackBurgers with double patties and fries – good portions and quality. Only complaint is everything was way too salty, both the patties and fries. Still good overall but they need to dial back the salt. Plenty of indoor seating with some outdoor seating.
