They brought the food out incredibly fast, and it was absolutely delicious! Ordering was a breeze — whether on the monitor, from my phone, or right at the counter. I loved how easy and convenient everything was! The staff was super friendly and made the whole experience even better. The place was clean, organized, and had a great vibe. I’ll definitely be coming back — highly recommended!

This review is mainly for service, location and the grilled cheese.
My bf ordered a burger and I wasn’t too hungry and just wanted a snack so I asked him to get me a grilled cheese. In the menu picture, it looks like a normal grilled cheese. I’m not having high expectations but yet what I received left my jaw on the floor.
Two slices of American cheese between a bun that was sliced in half. False advertisement.
Service is very slow on a Sunday at 2:30pm, took 20 minutes for us to get the food.

The burger didn’t blow me away, but it definitely hit the spot . Surprisingly, I ended up really enjoying the yellow cheese on my fries —more than I expected! I also appreciated the complimentary parking from 12–2 PM ️, which was exactly the reason I stopped by.

Shake Shack gets me every time. I don’t know why I keep stopping when I see the name, but here we are again.
I ordered the ShackBurger, fries, and a chocolate shake. We went during lunchtime on a Saturday, so it was busy; not surprising. Seating is pretty limited for this location, so we had to search for an open spot in the shared dining area. Luckily, we found some counter space where we could people-watch while we ate.
My significant other ordered their “limited time only” K-Shack Spicy BBQ burger with fries and later admitted he wished he had just gone with something more classic. Lesson learned… maybe.
Overall, it was fine; it’s Shake Shack. But will I remember my past experiences the next time I see that familiar sign? Probably not.

First visit to a Shake Shack. Had Shake Burger, fries and Mango Tea ~$20. Burger was good w crispy thin edges of patty. Limited seating immediately outside of the store, but there are other options downstairs in the plaza.

I do not get the hype of this place. I have ordered three times. Three different types of orders and each time they never let me know when the order is ready. I always have to go in and check for myself and its sitting cold because it didn’t get finalized through their online system and I had no idea when it was complete. The dubai chocolate milk shake was pretty good as are the $1 fountain drinks. The fries are not happening. The location is nice outside with the lovely seating area and fire pits but the inside is chaotic. It feels like there is nobody in charge.

came here on my lunch, ordered the white truffle mushroom burger, with the white truffle parmesan fries. Placed my order on the tablet, it was quick with little wait. After placing my order, it took about 10min for it to come out, everything was hot and crispy. It was a good portion, awesome flavors. If your shopping at bay street just order ahead, and it will be ready by the time you walk up to the shop.

The people who work there are super rude. My husband went to pick up his order and one of the workers yelled at him to get away from the counter. The manager had a really strange attitude. Once my husband and his friend finished their order, he followed them to where we were. I don’t understand the attitude of the people who work there. The food is great, but their service is the worst.
