I come here frequently and order the Shake burger, cheese fries, and a cookies and cream milk shake. This is the third time I’ve come and they forgot to put the cheese on my cheese fries which is starting to get very annoying.

It’s Shake Shack. You come here for good food that’s overpriced. The burger is delicious but small. The fries (crinkle cut) are nice and crispy, but still soft and potatoey, but again the portion is small. I had an orange dreamsicle shake and it was really good. This location the staff was very friendly. They have kiosk tablet thingies that you can order through. It’s in Ballston Quarter area so you can park in that garage for $1 and walk across the street.

The entire experience was seamless and enjoyable. Ordering at the kiosk was quick and easy, the food was reasonably priced, all of my friends were able to find seating (we got lucky being around 20 of us at the post-church lunch time), the food was very delicious, the employee serving us was very respectful and helpful. I am very pleased with my experience and cannot wait to go to Shake Shack again!!

I went on October 26 to try the new truffle sandwiches, but for some reason they didn’t have it. I was only able to order the fries with truffle sauce. It’s a shame that I would have driven so far just to go try that sandwich and they didn’t have it . I had to settle for ordering a regular burger.
