This is my first time visiting this location after 5 years. I remember it used to serve tiny burgers. So we never went back. But looks like things have changed. It’s a gorgeous indoor dining spot now. Interior looks amazing with all the wooden walls and furniture. There are three self order kiosk, so I didn’t have to wait in line.

Delicious food but pretty ridiculous pricing. Charging $10 for a burger (with no sides included) that’s smaller than a whopper at Burger King. They definitely outclass regular fast food as the burger, buffalo chicken sandwich, fries, and shake were outstanding – just wish the pricing matched the portions a bit better.

Shake Shack is the best chain burger spot, and this location delivers on that expectation. The burgers are juicy and cooked-to-perfection. The Shack Sauce is delicious and not too overpowering. The fries are crunchy on the outside while remaining soft and warm on the inside.

It’s not surprise to anyone that knows me that shake shack is elite in my opinion. I usually order ahead for pickup but today I went inside with my sister and ordered from one of their self service registers. Unfortunately I had a TINY issue with the order/payment form BUT Rocco, the manager was more than willing to help me. He was so sweet and helpful. They fixed my order and I had my food within 5 minutes. The whole staff is extremely kind and professional. Also the cheese fries? CR**K! My poor fiancé is gonna basically live here when I end up pregnant because that’s all I’ll be craving. 10/10 service and again, Rocco the manager was amazing.

I thought the place was great. Very clean food was great. A lil expensive. The bar that has the ketchup, napkins etc was a mess. That stood out. The rest of the place was spotless. Ill definitely go back. Mgr on duty was great.

The shake was excellent as is the seating area We had to wait 15 minutes for a burger and hot dog where they had orders from 3 in- person customers and had TWELVE WORKERS IN THE KITCHEN. The burger and hot dog were disappointing: 1. The hot dog was burned and had to be redone. 2. The burger had a chip of bone in it that I luckily didn’t beak a tooth on, 3. Instead of a slice of cheese my burger had a squirt of the liquid cheese that they put on everything. 4. Shake Shack doesn’t use onions on anything, not the burgers and the Chicago hot dogs with onions are no longer offered. Come on, everyone else has onions and Costco has better hot dogs. Come on, step up your game and give a better experience than the Wendys down the street. For $25 for 2 people you should do better, and give priority to your live customers instead of door dash. Now that people are going OUT to eat more, if you want local people to give you repeat business and come INTO your place more than once, you will need to give better value and a better experience.

Very good place to eat. If you don’t know you could go and eat at this place they have social distance in place and a very clean and safe environment. I really recommend Shake shack. If you still not feel motivated let me put some pictures hopefully this will motivate you, just be preppie to wait a little long to get your food do to they been so busy.
