This was my first time visiting this Shake Shack location, and honestly, it’s probably the best one I’ve been to so far. The place is huge—more like a full restaurant than a typical fast-casual spot—and everything was very clean and well organized. There’s also a large parking lot behind the building, which made getting in and out super easy.
One thing I really liked was the service. After ordering, they brought the food directly to our table, which made the experience feel more relaxed and a bit more upscale than your average burger place.
Now for the food—I’m a Californian, so In-N-Out has always been my go-to burger and tough to beat. That said, today Shake Shack really impressed me. The burger was juicy, flavorful, and overall tasted really good—better than I remembered from other locations.
While In-N-Out still holds a special place for me, this visit definitely showed me that Shake Shack can hold its own. Great location, solid service, and a tasty burger made this a strong 4-star experience. Would definitely come back.

This store is clean and had plenty of of workers. The food was cooked to perfection and tasted great.
For some reason I was given the wrong drink initially and then the worker holding my large drink cup asked what size it was.
Also the cheeseburger had the smallest tomato slices I’ve seen in a while.

Hey guys, mid meal here with Alec Roth! I’ve had a great meal so far. Alec on the other hand also enjoys his! For his meal, he ordered a double patty burger, no cheese of course for my little pumpkin!!! He loved it! The flavors were “bombarding” his taste pallet in every way imaginable! The avocado in his burger really hit his small tummy! It added textures to the burger no-one could even fathom! 5/5 stars, I’m coming here every time with my little man, Alec Roth every time I see him from now on! Let’s Go!

This location is simply “ok”. Yesterday, at around 3PM, two managers apparently fired a female staff member in the middle of the restaurant. This staff member was clearly developmentally delayed and was distraught at the news. She was pleading for the managers’ understanding, and they both treated her extremely coldly. This interaction should have happened behind closed doors and not within view of the customers. It made for a very uncomfortable dining experience.

This is my first time visiting this location after 5 years. I remember it used to serve tiny burgers. So we never went back. But looks like things have changed. It’s a gorgeous indoor dining spot now. Interior looks amazing with all the wooden walls and furniture. There are three self order kiosk, so I didn’t have to wait in line.
Like all good things, the food takes some time to come out (about ten minutes for us). But the burgers look so pretty and are delicious. Patties are cooked so nicely, with that amazing shake sauce. Special mention for the chicken shack, they have massively improved this one. I tried the one of the shakes in a while, it was too good. I can also refill my soda.
There are TVs around the restaurant, some playing sports, some have cartoons for kids. Overall a really nice spot for enjoy a fast food family meal.

Shake shack offers a consistent, high quality experience no matter which store you go to. We enjoyed the Chicken Shack burger with some crinkle cut fries. This location sits between large outlet stores and is an affordable and tasty dining option if you’re in the Paramus area.

This is one of the better fast food chains out there. The shakes and burgers are amazing and are high quality, unlike most other burger chains. The building is modern and has plenty of seating and parking. The employees make your food very quickly and are very kind. This is one of my favorite places to stop, and I will most definitely be coming back.

My favorite burger. Never gets old but I only eat shake shake every month or two. Which for me is a lot to eat at the same place like that. But always good. Never misses. But I did miss the entrance cause it was hard to see. Parked next door and walked around the fence.

I was so unhappy with my burger. It wasn’t that hot. The place was not that crowded. I placed the order and waited. Also, the quality of the meat I kept having to spit out half of the burger because it was so grizzly very disappointed. I spent $10 and I didn’t even eat half the burger because I kept having to spit everything out
