Don’t understand all the negative reviews. Our burger was prepared fresh and it was very tasty. The fries were crispy and made to order. The cheese sauce was very good as well. Service is a bit slow. Due to the large number of orders.

Great to see a Shake Shack at the airport since food options are pretty limited. The burger and fries were good and hit the spot before our flight. The only downside was the service, it was noticeably slow. Overall, good food, but give yourself some extra time if you’re in a rush

The food was good, however, this place is nasty. Floors cover with food, trash and definitely needs a good mopping. Trash in every corner of the dining room. If you don’t mind the aesthetics go but if you care about the environment your food is prepared in then be forewarned. FILTHY!

I mean the food is great but better have 20 minutes before boarding to order if your gonna take it in on the plane, 40 min if your gonna eat there. Staff is good but they could use more to make the costumers wait less.. the line and the wait is just too long. Food is great, atmosphere is an airport lol.. but at least all the gates are close. I barely made my flight ordering, if they say ten minutes.. they really mean 20 minutes. Love that the price is normal and not like jfk or Logan where they jack up the price cause they can to at least double. Their prices are great. Keep up the great work guys!! But maybe hire 2- 3 more people even though you have a baseball team in there, or get an extra grill and fryer … airports need faster service for fast food but otherwise y’all are doing great!

Shroom burger is pretty unique. Nice crunch. The coffee is a bit let down. Strong acidic undertone and bitter without any aroma. For close to $4 for a small cup, I would expect better. Any McD does a better job.

Food: No different than any other Shake Shack. Love their smash burger style and the fries are always hot!
Service: I don’t know what it is about airport Shake Shacks but they always feel hostile. Whether it’s cashier, cook, food prep, there’s always drama going on and they don’t seem to care.
Atmosphere: The dining area is very cramped and the tables are incredibly close to each other. Combine that with luggage and it can seem very chaotic.
Overall, the food is standard for Shake Shack and it’s a busy airport so go in not expecting a 5 star experience other than the food.
