My double burger is a bit salty. The fries oil tastes great. Good texture to the fries. The burger looks great. It’s a bit small for the cost.

Stopped by this rest area in Cherry Hill, NJ while on the road back home.
There’s a Popeyes and few other options next to it.
I ordered Chicken Avocado burger and a small custard (vanilla).
Waited 10 minutes and it cost me about $20.
On the plus side, quality of it was acceptable. Minus, bit on the fatty side. Also, portion size was small, given that I paid about $15 for the burger.
I ate in car, we were on road trip.
Burger was like 3/5 hit the spot tasted the bacon which was nice, also tomato, but I could not taste avacado.
Custard was pretty good 3/5.
All in all, that hit the spot and taste ok but $20 for the quantity and quality was a bit of letdown.

A Worker (women in braided bun with bandana had tattoos and nose piercing) was rude when we asked an employee a simple question ( lady with red clipped back hair who was helping us). The worker with braided hair in a bun with blue bandana was very rude, had a unnecessary tone and made a unnecessary comment about us when trying to explain to her co-worker what to tell us (she was talking to her co-worker in spanish about us with a rude tone ) in front of us. I’m a hispanic person who obviously heard and understood what she said.

I really enjoyed the crispy chicken and milkshake. Prices are moderate.

Absolutely foul! We waited 25 minutes to get our order and then when we got it it came out rare-BRIGHT PINK- rare. Mind you we ordered it well done. Then, when we asked it to be re-made we got an attitude in return.

I never ate a more terrible burger than here. Burnt, smells terrible, and tasteless. My mistake was not checking reviews first, and they likely pay Google to lure you into this trap. Apparently not all Shake Shakes are created equal… Avoid by any means. There are multiple options right off the highway.
