We had an extremely disappointing experience here. When my group and I walked in, the dark pregnant employee at the front clearly saw us but chose to remain on the phone and completely ignored us. After about five minutes of standing there, she finally asked, “Y’all ready?” We gave her our order, but instead of preparing it, she stayed on the phone and began wiping down every surface and even the windows.
We stood there another 10 minutes with no progress on our order while being blatantly disregarded. It was incredibly rude, unprofessional, and left us feeling unwelcome. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had at any ice cream shop.

We found this place a few months ago and we come almost every week! The ice cream is some of the best we’ve ever had & the freshest waffle cones! Plus the staff are always the cherry on top. We have recommended this ice cream shop so much already and will continue to do so.

Heard good things about this place, so we decided to give it a try. The place has really cute decor and was very clean. The staff were all friendly and helpful. It was nice to see all the staff wearing masks during this crazy time.
The entire family loved all of the products. The birthday cake ice cream is one of the best cake flavored ice creams I’ve had. I got it in a shake and it was amazing.
I’d highly recommend this place and we will be going back again for seconds .. and probably thirds..

Loved how they were down to make something new if it wasn’t exactly on the menu. Also liked how for the children they had face painting and balloon animals for kids free every Friday night. One thing I would recommend though is possibly getting laminated menus for each table for easier viewing purpose or even post clearer pictures of the menu online. Besides that everything else was good. The service was very nice.

Ice cream heaven! Packed on a Saturday night but went pretty quickly! Tried the dairy free twisted coconut from the list of nondairy options! Ended up getting it on a waffle cone without trying any others. Decent size and price, great atmosphere, staff super friendly went out of their way to help me. Customers were even sociable.
