Had the Falafel sandwich and was disappointed. As the server placed 4 thin pieces of falafel on the pita bread I asked if only 2 falafel per sandwich and he said, “4.”

Terrible experience. The staff looked annoyed from the moment we walked in and treated us with a really bad attitude. They were rude and made us feel uncomfortable the whole time. Honestly, the street food vendors treat people a hundred times better. I would rather eat at any food truck than come back here. Very disappointed.

I don’t know who was the lady there she was very rude small height girl. We ordered our food, falafal gyro, we waited close to 5 to 10 minutes, we asked her is our food ready, she showed us her bucket in a rude way. Her customer service was horrible, we left without food. This was on 11.03.2024 at 3:20 pm.

Wow!! Exceeded my expectations. The chicken and rice was cooked well, soft, spicy with a generous portion. I had it with extra toppings they offer like chick peas, onions, etc. This Shah’s location is the best place to eat Shahs Halal by far. Great customer service, great food, great prices. Thank you shahs!!!

The food was ordered for delivery and when it got here, it was ice cold. This is the driest, hardest, blackest falafel I have ever eaten. Don’t eat here! We got two free gyros, one lamb and one falafel. I hate to say it, but I threw the food in the garbage.

This is located upstairs in the food court of the mall. I tried calling but I don’t think they do takeout. I had the chicken and lamb over rice. It was very good. I’ve eaten Shah’s in Bellmore and for a food court restaurant I think Shah’s was pretty good in the mall. They sell bottles of the addictive white sauce. My only complaint is the other Halal restaurants I’ve been to give you bigger helpings of meat. I would of definitely like more meat next time.
