Was shocked to see a new restaurant at the plaza when me and a friend were going to see a movie next door. Found out they just opened last Tuesday.
Anyways ate here 12/7. Staff was very friendly. As they are still new they are still finding their footing when it comes to speed of service but I have no doubt they will get there in no time.
I got the Kofta platter with white sauce (they also have cilantro sauce, hot sauce, and BBQ sauce)and a pita on the side. I was shocked how cheap the prices were. Perhaps the cheapest in this town. But don’t let that scare you away – the food is delicious and very generous portions.
The place is very bright and welcoming with plenty of seating. They are also open late which is great!
Highly recommend! I’m looking forward to coming back and trying out their other food.

I got the Kofta platter as let me tell you it was GIVING, ok. Absolutely delicious, I got the white sauce cilantro sauce and a little hot sauce and it was sooooo good. Kofta cooked and seasoned perfect; rice was delicious and balanced, hummus was perfect and creamy. I cannot believe their platters are only $11.99

I can’t believe these good reviews. This is the worst halal food I have ever had by far and this place just opened you would think it would be good. $7 for six small processed chicken nuggets and they are not even as good as Tyson. The gyro came sloppy sauce all over a mess not even wrapped right and does not taste anything like a gyro. This is the most disappointing food I can remember having in a long time I recommend going to a different place. Dunkin’ donuts is across the street and would be a better option than this.

Great halal spot! The food is delicious, and I really appreciate that they use separate fryers for vegetarian items. The staff is super friendly, the place is very clean, and they even have seating, charging ports, and free WiFi—perfect for students. Highly recommend!

Great spot for a quick bite. Staff was very friendly and the food was delicious and generously portioned. I got a chicken gyro with plenty of white sauce and the red sauce was perfectly spicy. The pakora chips on the side were crunchy and highly recommended. Will definitely be back.

Rivals the top street carts in NYC but in New Paltz. Finally!! And the food is halal, which means that the animals were ethically treated to ensure no suffering. If ethics, taste, budget, and service are important to you- this is your new favorite place! The. Chicken rice platter and the combo gyro were outstanding! Gonna head over to try the falafel and baklava next!
