Ordered two platters with extra white sauce. Given none on the platter and two of the small sides of white sauce. Not only has the portion you get went down but can’t even get the order right. (Bogo free $16.99 which is nowhere near the price you pay in store)Not worth it. We usually go in and take out for $10 a platter. I know Uber Eats is marked up but what a scam. Will not be returning to this location.

Their chicken gyros are amazing. The chicken is well seasoned and there is enough meat to get a second pita and have two smaller gyros. I’ve only ever gotten takeout from here but the food is always packaged to travel (which I appreciate). The only thing I don’t feel positive about it the white sauce but I’m well aware that it’s a personal preference and not a reflection of the restaurant itself. I just tend to prefer the yogurt based tzaziki sauce but it’s literally like 4 ingredients so I can make it myself. There are some buy 1 get 1 deals on either door dash or GrubHub, I can’t remember which, but with the promotion there was plenty of food to eat for a couple of days. Having a restricted diet and unbelievably picky tastebuds, this is one of the few places I can say “I’ll just get something here” without the thought of the different options eventually making me nauseous. There is always something I can tolerate here which isn’t always easy for me. Also, their fries are bomb.

Went here yesterday. The experience was unusual. Maybe the girl behind the counter was having a bad day, but is that a valid excuse?
Before I even told her what I wanted, she had taken a plastic dish and loaded it with oily rice—I said, I wanted lamb—then realized that she had already loaded the dish with rice. I was confused, so I said “wait—I’m sorry, can I have vegetables instead?”—she huffed like a disgruntled lunch lady then I realized that the lamb isn’t lamb, it’s a mixture of lamb and beef (never knew this—but now they’re required to show vague nutrition facts on their food products, so the disclosure of lamb being a lamb-beef mixture was stated). So, I had to say “sorry, can I have chicken instead?” She did the frustrated pout again then when it came to asking whether I wanted chick peas, tomatoes or lettuce, I asked for chick peas. She gave me less than 10 chick peas. Did she do that intentionally?—chick peas aren’t a topping—it’s not like it’s a Chipotle and they’re being limiting with the guacamole because it’s expensive. They’re a cheap legume.

Anyway, I hope she has a better day today.

I always order from this restaurant and every single time I ask for red sauce on the side. I even put it clearly in the customer note on Uber Eats, but they keep ignoring it. This has happened multiple times, not just once. I really like the food, but it’s frustrating when a simple request is constantly overlooked. If you’re someone who needs your order done a certain way, be careful — they don’t seem to pay attention to special instructions.

Food is great- never any complaints. The staff is incredibly rude and stingy with items that don’t get an extra charge. Asking for more of anything results in an attitude. The employees show little customer service skills. Food=good, customer service and atmosphere are not.

I’ve been to many shah’s locations but this has to be the worst experience I’ve had. First of all the staff did not understand English. I ordered 5 platters and they gave only a scoop of rice. The container was mostly empty. They charged so much for the extra sauce even though they hadn’t added any to my platters. I don’t recommend going here. Visit a different location.

Nice place to sitting and get your food, Chicken over Rice and Combo is my favourite, when ever I walk in here the aroma make me hungry more and more. The place is worth to wait in line to get the food for good price and portion. There are lots of fast service in the area but higher price and worse food. I would better wait in line and get the food which make me satisfy…

Halal food. Fast food. Burgers, gyros, Philly cheese etc. There are few seats but mostly the to-go orders. Expect delays. Have patience placing orders. Make sure they understand the order.

Clean restaurant and friendly staff. Shami kebab crispy outside and soft inside. Taste a lot better with white sauce and chutney (green sauce). As always don’t forget to say Bismillah and Alhamdulilah for everything ❤️
