Ordered Delivery. Was not told it was by Door Dash! I ordered 2 lamb/beef platters. We got them cold after a 45 minute wait. The plate had so much spice on it that we were both NOT ENJOYING THE HEARTBURN, ending up throwing it out. Two lamb platters over rice was $21
And with tax, delivery fee, and Door dash tip they added on came to over $45. I refused the tip when I called, got an attitude and said why should I treat the deliverer to a full dinner of $14.
The door dash cust service told me it would be taken off, but LIED. I WOULD RATHER DRIVE TO LINDENHURST TO GET THIS AT COSMOS GREEK TAKEOUT THAN ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!!!

Just got Uber Delivery from here. Been inside several times. Everything was perfect!! Chicken platters are great. Believe or not the cheeseburger is awesome. And don’t leave without those fries ! Outrageous fries, not overly salty but seasoned nice.

Even though I’ve had a bad experience with a different Shah’s location in the past, I still decided to give this location a try. Restaurant was clean and kept organized. Staff was friendly and service was fast. I had the chicken chapli platter and was very satisfied. Food was flavorful and filling. Comparable prices to other similar restaurants.

It used to be my favorite spot but i prefer to drive to the Wantagh location instead because since they hire a new girl she always have an attitude she’s seems bothered by having to prepare your food.
No matter what time she’s working she’s alway mad.

Called to place a catering order for a grieving family to make things easier on them. The girl who answered the phone sounded young and unprofessional, put me on hold I could hear her speak to a gentlemen, then came back to phone and took my number, told me they would call me back. An hour goes by, I call again, and same young unprofessional girl answers, and says, “is this about the catering order”?, and wants to put me on hold for 5 mins. I said, “you want me to wait on hold for t mins”? If you dont call me back in 5 mins, I’ll assume you don’t need the business. They didn’t call back. This location needs new management. Clearly they lack basic management skills. This location is probably losing business for obvious reasons.

I order combo over rice as a delivery order. with white sauce and green sauce. when i got order they give me a lot of hot sauce. i take one spoon of this trust me my whole stomach still burning. Then i call them at 12 am they dont even say sorry. i order uber deliveryto save my time and gas. and it is mid night also. i spend more money for delivery order. but they act nothing.
