Shady’s Tap Room emerged with Irish merriment and a plan to compliment the fine businesses in the greater Brooklyn area. Our community is fortunate to have a combination of many diverse businesses and miles of beautiful landscape and lakes, which define our Irish Hills. Our businesses range from those small and unique to those larger and geared toward the sports enthusiast, like MIS. The specialty restaurants and bars in the area bring visitors closer to the people who live here and express the passion for community that exists here. I placed a carry out order which I’ve done in the past. The pepperoni rolls were undercooked and the French dip was disgusting and the meat was really pink which has never been an issue in the past. Shady’s refunded half of my money which is better than nothing but I should have received a full refund for food that won’t be eaten. It’s disappointing as I’m not someone who will usually complain but I’ve also had this sandwich before and it was delicious and fully cooked.

Enjoyable experience every time we go.
There’s a small upcharge in drink fee when they offer DJ Trivia or have a musical artist / karaoke.
They have new menu items, which are very good. There’s also an abundance of drinks specials as well as beers on tap.

If you find yourself in the little town of Brooklyn, Michigan, and you’re looking for a laid-back spot with a good beer selection, this taproom is definitely worth a stop. They’ve got a really solid selection of beers, including a bunch of Michigan specialties, so there’s always something interesting to try.
The atmosphere is pretty decent—it’s a cozy, comfortable place to relax with friends. Pricing is reasonable, and overall, it’s a nice little gem in town if you’re into craft beers. Cheers!

Karaoke night every Thursday night. For a small town bar restaurant do not underestimate their best Chicago deep dish pizza around! I’ve had Chicago deep dish from Chicago and from Toledo Ohio area to compare. The atmosphere was very friendly fun & inviting

Great place with EXCELLENT SERVICE and DELICIOUS FOOD. Wife and I had the pizza and were pleasantly surprised by the crunchy crust and abundant toppings. Our server was polite and friendly. Great atmosphere in a nice little town. We will be back for sure!

My sons and I stopped in for much after an amazing time at Axis Golf down the road. We ordered a cowboy burger, which is beef patty, barbecue sauce, onion rings, bacon and cheddar cheese. I had the olive burger with bacon, both burgers came with pretzel buns and chips. My other son had the buffalo wings which were horrible, they were cooked all the way but obviously microwaved, my son ate the first one and said they are ok then the second one didn’t taste so great. We told the waitress and she had it taken off, she was very friendly and attentive, she was the only waitress running the room and she was doing a great job.

I ordered a calzone and it arrived with unmelted cheese and frozen sauce. Not sure where they got the recipe or found their cooking staff, but this is going to make someone very ill. Obviously, managent is not checking in on the quality of food being served to consumers. Not worth the time, gas, or

What a fantastic “hidden” find! Food was beyond incredible! Drinks were made to absolute perfection! August, our server, was so very friendly and so attentive! Even the cook (sorry, didn’t get his name!) came out to check on us and thanked us immensely when we told him how fantastic everything was! Will definitely be returning, we found at least 5-6 items on the menu we still need to try!
