2020…ate inside.. burgers were hot…and GREAT… only complaint 1 server was extremely loud and heard all about her life…who she has meet.. her bills..everything. Our server was awesome.

At 12:43 PM with only 5 other people in the place we waited over 30 minutes for an appetizer. We told them we had things to do and left. I was hoping that the new owners would make the place better, but I guess it’s gonna take time.
The gator nest was three deep fried something and a few fries. Should not have been that difficult.

So ordered theough Waiter app and specifically said no bell pepper and got bell pepper. Also skinpy on the meat and burnt in spots. Taste wise had good flavor for what was there except when i got to the charcoaled meat.

One of the best tasting burgers I’ve had! The onion ringers were perfect. Everything was seasoned well. Our waitress was very nice and brought me a larger cup to refill my glass. She was quite busy with several tables and still managed to be attentive. We’ve already made a plan to come back on our next trip into town. I could see how some of the negative reviewers would be off put by service on a very busy lunch or dinner rush. It seemed like our waitress had to serve everyone in the restaurant, but she did a great job!

We ate there a few months ago and it was great! My kids loved being able to play and run free around on the playground. Hubby and I enjoyed a cold beer and great food on the patio under the fabulous oak tree. Service was also top notch and the train zooming by in the background was just an added bonus of coolness. Can’t wait to go back!

I have been to this place on several occasions. This time I ordered extra extra crispy fries and they were not cooked that way, when I told the wait staff, the cook asked for my fries back so he could recook them. If I know better that is not something the Health inspector would be okay with. Still after sending them back to be recooked they were not right. So at this point the waiter had them remake a new batch which was better, but at this point my other food was cold, the gravy was in a clump. I have not been back since.

The burgers are awesome. Probably the best ever. I’ve been here a few times with other people, but won’t go myself. Unless you’re a regular, the service is always horrible. The staff is rude and never comes to check on us. One of us has to get up to get refills. Even when calling in an order they are rude. I actually wanted to hang up, but I really like the burgers. I’m actually waiting on it in the truck right now because I don’t want to wait inside.
