⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A North Andover Gem That Never Misses!

Shadi’s has been my go-to Mediterranean spot in North Andover for years, and it truly never gets old. The food is consistently authentic, fresh, and absolutely delicious — the kind of flavors you crave long after you leave.

A huge shoutout to Katey, the bartender, who was an absolute delight. Her warm personality, genuine kindness, and welcoming presence made the experience even better. She engaged with everyone so effortlessly and created such a positive vibe at the bar.

The service overall was top-notch, the dishes were incredible as always, and the atmosphere is exactly what you want — whether you’re out for a big group gathering, date night, or even enjoying a solo evening at the bar.

By the way, espresso martini was

Shadi’s continues to be a staple for a reason. Highly recommend!

We are visiting from Florida and went for dinner. We were a party of 10. The food is out of this world! The drinks were so good too! Cute and very clean restaurant. Everything was fresh and delicious! If you want authentic cuisine, this is the spot! We have been to many places for Mediterranean food, in France, Iceland, Florida and this place hits over 5 stars and does not compare to anything we have had. By far THE BEST!! Sam was our server and he was amazing! He made our dinning experience even better! Because we never ran out of drinks and food came out super fast. He is a true professional , very attentive, friendly and polite! We had a big group and everyone was very happy with the way he treated us too! We totally recommend this place! For a nice lunch with the office colleagues, romantic dinner or to bring the family for a get together…it will not disappoint!

This was worth the forty-five minute drive to come here! The food is absolutely amazing!!! My brother came up from Florida and couldn’t wait to come here. The waitress was so attentive and pleasant. I would one million percent recommend coming here. It was so good we took multiple orders of what we ate to go so we could have it at home. Awesome job Shadi’s!!!

My wife and I went for dinner. Fantastic spot with great food, excellent service and comfortable atmosphere. Our server Maureen was attentive and very nice. Drinks were delicious with refills offered and accepted. Syrian bread brought to the table was fresh soft and so good. Food is to die for. My wife had the chicken kabob wrap while I went for the steak and cheese. We also shared a cup of chicken vegetable soup. Excellent. French fries here are worth it! Portions were big enough so we both had leftovers for another meal. Excellent experience

Me and my partner went here on a cold winter’s night, we were the only ones in the dining area while others enjoyed the bar. The entire building was nice, cozy and warm as the host sat us by a booth near the windows displaying festive holiday lights/decor.
On to the food: The stuffed grape leaves and rice pilaf were both delicious & very filling. My partner got a lamb special which was so tender a knife was barely needed! It tasted juicy and aromatic. Our waitress was friendly and frequently checked in with us to fill up our drinks. I’m sure we will be back again soon

1. Lunch Kafta ($14.99) at @shadisrestaurant. “Ground lean beef and lamb, mixed with parsley, onion and spices. Charcoal broiled”. Their hand-cut fries are excellent. The nicely charred kafta was really delicious, and they were also juicy and really well seasoned. You get fresh warm pitas in a plastic bag with real butter. My side salad was pleasant, as was the house dressing. The service here is always impeccable and friendly.

2. Lunch Lamb ($16.99) at @shadisrestaurant. “On the stick. Charcoal broiled with onion”. The lamb was ordered rare, and it was. It was also super tender. The handcut fries are a real treat. The salad was fresh, but I’ll order the dressing on the side the next time. Lunch Thurs-Sat only.

3. Lunch Arabic Platter ($15.50) at @shadisrestaurant. “Baked Kibbe, Grape Leaves and Cabbage”. This time I ordered the Caesar dressing on the side, which was delicious! Fries of course. The baked kibbe was very tasty and had some sort of filling in the middle. The grape leaves themselves were very tasty and a bit tart. The filling was OK, the rice was overcooked for me, and the filling was a bit bland. The cabbage was the same, boring and overcooked filling. This was a good way of tasting three items. The fresh pitas and the real butter didn’t make it into the picture.

Traditional Middle Eastern? I couldn’t even imagine any Middle Eastern restaurant can produce this horrible taste. Well, and if you want to call it an American restaurant, look at their french fries – soft like noddles and taste like mashed potatoes without any other ingredients. Who gave this restaurant more than 4 stars? Certainly not Middle Eastern folks. I really wish Google had a “dislike” button for establishments that are not worth a single star. Also, I wrote this in hopes of Google telling me to never go back, if I ever by mistake, search for this place in future.
