We have been staying here for almost 7 years during the brimfield shows and when we dont want to eat out we eat here. It’s Bar food…nothing special, however tonight we had the worse service I have ever had at a restaurant. Look at my other reviews, I don’t like to leave bad reviews. We waited at our table for 10-15 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. The waiter kept screwing up our orders, kept forgetting to bring our waters, brought out our main meals before our appetizers, bartender might as well have been a mannequin because I stood for 10 minutes waiting for a bottle of beer while he just kept entering in all the servers food tickets. This place keeps getting progressively worse with each year. Probably won’t stay here again….definitely won’t eat here again.

The house made chips that come with the burgers are pretty good, if you can get them. Its time for some training/supervision, when the waitress argues with a table of 8 as to whether or not the chips are on the menu and she served the same group the night before, and had 4 orders of house made chips. 2 nights in a row of questionable service. Maybe it’s understaffed/over worked staff but it needs improvement.

Mel and Taylor are really awesome, attentive and informative. Best Haddock I’ve had since being out here in Massachusettes, and have driven to Salem, Old Orchard Pier in Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont.
Shades Lounge made me a believer. Nobody cooks it better, kudos to the chef.
Also love the pretzel with the dips. I’m glad we’re staying at the hotel because we’ve had daily access here for the last month.

The Mac and Cheese was just ok, but the fries were great. Large portions and reasonable prices. We’re going back again today.

this place was amazing for the food and I want the so maybe next if the time is remember I will come back, this is not a I cannot want to come back here. Sometimes food was amazing and i back to come more often. This place was great (I forgot how to spell amazing so I stuck with great). Last time I ate the food and it was great man I love it too much there is so much good food. there is so much food to choose from the food was amazing [(yes i remembered how to spell amazing again so I do not have to use the word great now,]note to self to check above if I want to spell amazing again, who knows when I will forget how to spell that word)]. I love the food it was good and I even got to pet the dog that is a Pitbull named and the food was amazing (I forgot to use amazing that one last time). Remember to come back and have the food if they serve food I will get it again. (The picture is of the dog he was very friendly)
