DONT BUY FROM HERE. We ordered from here and they much messed up every single item on our order.
To start, we literally ordered a small cheese pizza. The simplest item for any pizza company. Instead of getting a small cheese pizza, we got a small Olive, jalapeño, pepperoni, green pepper, and mushroom pizza. Reread that last sentence!!! We bought an $11 pizza with nothing on it and got a five topping pizza. This was for two young boys who were starving and instead of sending out another item they blamed DoorDash. This is not a DoorDash issue, there’s no way to screw up a cheese pizza and add FIVE TOPPINGS. It’s absolutely absurd. When I called they said complain to DoorDash ….
On top of that, we got an Italian salad that had lettuce, a lot of onions and little to nothing else. Literally five pepperonis for $13. We got a cheesy garlic bread that came as bread, cheese and some garlic sauce on the side. We got twelve wings that did not have wing sauce on half of them. And we got a large pepperoni, sausage and green pepper pizza with cheese so tall that the green peppers never cooked.
The company came with so many rave reviews that we thought it was a diamond in the rough. Instead we overpaid to get garbage in boxes. The worst part is that the company won’t take any blame and instead said to resolve it with DoorDash. DoorDash shouldn’t be at fault for your employees not being able to read “small pizza with no toppings.”
Absolutely ridiculous $100 order that I now need to fight with DoorDash customer service since they aren’t refunding enough through their automated system.

We kept hearing how good their pizza is so we stopped in Sunday 01/04/26 at 5:27 PM and we were told that they were not taking pizza orders because they close at 6:00. We were bummed but ended up found another place and had a great dinner. Too bad. The pizza looked and smelled great!
If they can’t make one pizza for someone standing right in front of them, maybe lock the door?
If you plan to order from Shaddocks, the posted closing time doesn’t apply. We were there 33 minutes before close so I’d recommend you give them an hour maybe?

I love Shaddocks and they are heads above Jets! I’m not impressed with our Jets in town! Love the extra cheesy pizzas at Shaddocks & their salads are awesome!

We’ve been getting at Shaddock’s since 1965, two years after its founding. It’s super- delicious even 60 years later because the owners made a commitment to maintaining their standards for using high quality ingredients like those of us born in the 1950s came to expect. Thank you for making my trip back home so worthwhile.

I ate this but on a takeout order and someone told me it was the best in Middletown and I don’t know what is wrong with y’all and mental town but that tastes just like boxed Pizza the crust tastes just like chef boyardee pizza and I ordered a Mexican pizza that was drenched in jalapenos and onions nothing about it was Mexican at all. No frijoles no nothing on it but nasty nasty Pizza. I’m sorry I had to be honest.

I have grown up with shaddocks pizza. I moved away for over 20 years and when I came back to town after new owners and all. Shaddocks is still the best pizza ever. That first bite after all those years was like tasting home.

Our quest to find the best pizza places in SW Ohio continues. Shaddock’s jumps cleanly into the top bunch. Hannah made me a fabulous meat topper. The crust was excellent, no flop. The toppings and cheese, oh so good! She and Sandy were very pleasant and informative. If I didn’t live 25 miles away, this would be my every week pizza. If you’re in Middletown and haven’t tried them, you’re missing out on some very, very good stuff. Maybe they’ll be my after the track pizza! We’ve tried 40 places now. Shaddock’s is definitely Top 10, and maybe Top 5.
