My friends and I went for a birthday and the food and service was just spectacular! Our server, Matthew, was super accommodating and really made us enjoy our experience. I’ve never had such good service at a restaurant, especially a hotpot one. As for the food, the lunch special AYCE price is super affordable for so much food and the spicy miso broth is just to die for. Overall, I highly recommend this place :))

WOW such a delightful first time experience here!! I’m definitely happy we meet here 4 lunch date. Loving the unlimited beef, all you can eat deal, and my Spicy Miso Broth! My favorite fish prawns tofu in a warm flavorful broth. YUM

Decent AYCE hot pot restaurant in Milpitas. Sizable salad-bar area where you can pick and choose your own veggies, as well as an assortment of tofu, fish cake, fish balls, and noodles. Good selection of sauces and chopped green onions and cilantro. It gets full during peak meal hours, so might have to wait for a table. Parking lot fills up quickly, but there are other free parking lots nearby.

The Shabu is really good. Meats are thin and tender, the perfect shabu meats! The staffs are friendly and always checking in with us, especially the Manager, Herman; he always ensures we get all our orders. The staffs often clean the self service stations, so it is always clean, neat, and stocked. Once all our parties arrived, we got seated right away. Overall, good experience and we’ll be back!

The two stars are for the meat. Avoid beef toro if you don’t want to eat a lot of beef fat. The selections for seafood and vegetables are very limited. They don’t even peel the potatoes. The soup is very plain, and the sauce station is also limited. The sesame sauce is actually a sweet peanut sauce. There’s no fruit bar. Overall I think there are better AYCE restaurants in Bay Area.

Example: At places like Fogo de Chão, Mastro’s, and LB Steak, if you arrive first, you are still seated as long as you’re on the reservation or waitlist. Unfortunately, my experience here was different. I was not allowed to be seated because my companion hadn’t arrived yet, even though I informed them my companion was on the way. I ended up standing and waiting 15-25mins. I like this place and food.

Food: not sure about dinner/weekend, but limited toppings for lunch. For $21 I couldn’t ask for more. Very good for the price.
Service: quick and amazing.
Atmosphere: will get crowded fast during lunch hours. A bit of chaos but manageable.

This has been my fav place for more than a year! Visited here multiple times and love love it! They have the best fried tofu and vegetarian options. Very courteous staff and healthy fresh food!

Wonderful location to eat Japanese hot pot. The variety of the beef available for the hot pot is good, the delivery of the meat upon a new order is quick and the staff are helpful and friendly. I also like the variety of side items available on the buffet counter to go along with the meat in the hot pot. I was very happy that we are able to eat continuously for the whole 90 mins available to each customer per visit. It is definitely a to-go place for those who like hot pots with meat, seafood and vegetables etc.

This all you can eat hotpot was good! You have 90 minutes and it includes a variety of meat, appetizer choices and a cold/salad bar that includes vegetables, mushrooms, seafood, noodles, and sauce options. What is not included in the AYCE price are drinks. We had good service and meat selection. The broth was good too. It was clean and efficient. It is recommended if you like hotpot, but I’m not a big fan of hotpot. It was good overall.
