If you’re into hot pot and looking for great value for money, give this shabu-shabu restaurant a try.
It’s a $28.98 all-you-can-eat buffet—unlimited orders of meat and sushi, which the staff will bring right to your table. You can also help yourself to veggies, seafood, and sauces as much as you like, and end up so full that you’ll have to stagger out the door!
The service is fantastic too, making it incredibly good value for a Las Vegas spot. Pro tip: you can join the virtual queue online to skip the wait in person!

I had an amazing experience at this shabu-shabu restaurant. Hands down, this is the best shabu-shabu I’ve ever had. The quality of the meat was incredible, the broth was rich and flavorful, and everything tasted fresh and perfectly prepared.
Elaine was my waitress, and she truly made the experience even better. She provided excellent service from start to finish—attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. She made sure I had everything I needed and checked in at the perfect times without ever being overbearing. Her professionalism and positive energy really stood out.
I’ll definitely be coming back. If you’re looking for top-tier shabu-shabu with outstanding service, this is the place to go.

We had a large group last minute do a walk in and we were seated within 15 minutes of check in. Service was quick and attentive. Price was AWESOME especially since it was all you can eat!!!! The options at the service line and for the sushi option were great. Would recommend to anyone.

We always love to come to this restaurant when we visit Las vegas. We used to go to a different restaurant called chubby cattle but found this restaurant one day and have continued to come back. The only problem that I have with this restaurant is the washrooms are not kept very clean. Other than that the food is good

Shabuya is such a yummy hot pot spot, especially if you catch their lunch special! The variety of fresh meats, veggies, and broths makes it easy to build the perfect bowl every time.
It’s hands down one of the best places to eat on a cold day nothing beats sitting over a steaming pot, cooking everything just how you like it. Cozy, comforting, and so satisfying. Definitely a go-to when you’re craving something warm and filling! ✨

First time experience from what I can remember. All was good, can’t think of anything to hinder the rating. Staff, overall, provided good service. Food was quality. Music was a Star. Shout out to Guava and JJ
Alaskan Baked Roll and Glazed Karage hit for me. Of course, the hot pot and all the fixens. Would definitely recommend and go back.

Tried Shabuya the other day. Honestly, the menu felt pretty basic and the buffet section wasn’t much different—nothing really stood out, more of a “try once to know” kind of place. That said, the appetizers were actually really tasty, and the prices are fair for what they offer. What really made the experience better was the service—our server was super sweet, running around half the restaurant but still smiling the whole time. Overall, not an outstanding hot pot spot, but reasonable enough that I wouldn’t mind coming back when I’m in the mood for shabu.

Normally I do not leave a negative review. But the food is not edible. I have been to 100 hot pot restaurants in my whole life. This is the worst one.the price is super cheap. But the food quality is the worst. I am not sure if they add something into my food to make me feel full easily. And the meat is not fresh, vegetable is not fresh at all. I had to stop eating because I do not want to get sick. The meat does not taste like meat. And the broth is not taste right. It’s like plain water with msg also, the sauce is tasting weird as well. It tastes awful. I hated the food. I did not enjoyed it. And I bloated after 20 minutes. Do not come here unless you want to get sick.

This is the only place I go to for hot pot in town. You get your own individual pot, so you don’t have to worry about sharing or mixing flavors with anyone else. I love their setup and the quality of the food. My go-to is the spicy miso broth with all the seafood, meat, and noodles.
Definitely pair it with a beer! And since it’s all-you-can-eat, make sure to save room, as you’ll want to try plenty of everything. Highly recommended for hot pot lovers!

Food: This was amazing. They have a lot of selection from meats to fish to vegetables to noodles. The appetizers are really really good (especially the stuffed jalapeno). The sushi was great and made perfectly.
Service: our server made sure that we have what we need and notify us that we can order more meat and let us know if a certain type of meat was about to run out. He was very professional and very sincere.
Overall, this place is great and I’ll always come back given the opportunity!
