Shabu-Yo is a popular international chain of all-you-can-eat Japanese hot pot restaurants, specializing in Shabu-Shabu.
The Core Concept: All-You-Can-Eat Shabu-Shabu
Shabu-Shabu: This is a traditional Japanese hot pot dish. Its name comes from the Japanese onomatopoeia for swish-swish, which describes the action of quickly cooking thin slices of meat and fresh vegetables by swishing them in a pot of boiling broth right at your table.
All-You-Can-Eat (AYCE): Shabu-Yo’s concept is built around an all-you-can-eat model. Diners choose from various courses, which determine the selection of meats (like different cuts of beef, pork, chicken, and often Wagyu).
Premium Wagyu: They are known for serving high-quality, freshly sliced Wagyu Beef.

Don’t worry if it’s your first time. The staff is very used to this. They were amazing and Sat 11 of us (3 diff tables) but were very helpful and accommodating! Once the food starts rolling, it’s an amazing experience. Choose your meal and go!

Food is deliciuos, the quality and freshness of meat, the taste of the sides. Everything was really good, my favorite were the tuna oniguiri. Service is fast, literaly you only have to wait 1 or 2 minutes for your order to be served. All the servers were kind. The place in general, tables, bathroom were very clean. The price might sound high when compared to other buffet but in my opinion, the food is completly worth the price. Totally recommended.

This is my favorite hot pot place ever!! The service was amazing, everyone was so kind and attentive to refill our hot pot broth and take away the leftover plates. The space was clean and spacious, and the food was amazing! We got the classic set menu and the meat was tender and not tough at all. It’s all you can eat, and with the many vegetables, cooked food, and dessert station, it’s definitely a good deal for the price. I can’t wait to go again!

A Hot Pot Heaven!
Shabu-Yo blew us away with their Premium Wagyu All You Can Eat option. The meat selection is absolutely top-tier – the Wagyu Chuck Roll and Rib Eye practically melt in your mouth! The Premium Wagyu Knuckle was a standout – tender, flavorful, and perfect in the spicy broth. This place is a carnivore’s dream come true. Can’t wait to come back!

Came here for hot pot and got hotpot.
We tried 3 broths, the Korean, tonkotsu, and the lemon beef, unanimous winner is Korean broth, not too spicy and has great umami flavor. Tonkotsu was good as well.
We did the wagyu course and tried them all, I wasn’t able to tell meat quality as much but I would say it’s decent.
They have about like 5 dumpling/fishball selection so not much but it’s enough. Also decent veggie selection.
They have robots that deliver your meats.
Recommend this for a small group or family. Could be a fun date night too if you’re both new to hot pot.

Food was amazing, but the best part was the service! The server was so kind and went the extra mile. We weren’t sure if it was ok to bring a birthday cake but he graciously took it to the back and refrigerated it. When it was time for cake they even put the candles on, lit them, nd had the cat bot sing happy birthday to my mom! They even took a cute Polaroid for us to take home. We’ve been to other hot pot places but will definitely make this our regular for the service alone!

Went here with 2 adults and 4 kids ages 2-14 and it was so fun! The kids loved it. The food was great, staff was nice, the robots were cool, and it seemed very clean. This would be a fun place for a date night or with friends! It’s a pretty good deal too. I don’t really understand the negative reviews, don’t listen to them!

Cool place with a fun, unique experience. However, I’m not sure how fresh the food actually is—the sushi is all pre-made and stored in coolers, while everything else is served buffet-style. The restaurant was very quiet when we visited, with only one staff member visible on the floor. That said, our server was very nice and helpful. But food gets delivered by a robot. Overall, it feels more like a novelty spot: fun to try once to get it out of your system, but not somewhere I’d feel the need to return to.

Came for the ice cream, stayed for the meats, left with a heart full of memories. Although the corn dogs were cold, the waiter talked us into ordering the all you can eat wagyu hot pot – and thank God he did. The wagyu was actually WAY better than the corn dogs (never had wagyu before so don’t judge me). Our server didn’t really talk much (it was a robot) but he was prompt and made friendly noises when delivering our food. Overall I’d recommend to anyone who dislikes hotdogs and likes meats!
