I have been coming here for a long time with my girlfriend and we’ve always had great food. Besides the odd choice of dishes and water cups, I think that this place is one I would recommend to others. The only problem I’ve ever had with service was a few years ago when a server wasn’t as attentive as regularly but otherwise everything’s been good. I would specifically recommend the Crunchy bagel roll.

A funky little place, but I liked the sushi and the giant bowls of fried rice looked great. It’s great proximity to the Courtyard Marriott right across the street. Service was terrible, he had absolutely no interest in doing his job, even at the most basic of level.

I love this place for specific rolls. I love coming by from time to time especially because all of the rolls are BOGO. I think what really hurts the place is the strange choice in dish ware that they use for service. They are oddly shaped and uncomfortable to drink from and many of them are chipped and stained from years of use. Please discard anything that is cracked, it just makes the place looks less clean. I also wish the tables would be redone, the meal is always more pleasant with nice interior. A small peeve is also an overwhelming amount of rolls with asparagus…but that’s just a matter of personal taste.

Definitely coming back. Our favorite part was the appetizers! Loved the seaweed salad, chicken harumaki, gyoza and chicken satay. I would definitely reorder them all again!!! That’s how good they were. Next time I’m ordering some more appetizers to make sure I try them all.
We weren’t very happy with the sushi though.
We ordered the spicy tuna rolls and it wasn’t very good. The sweet potato roll was ok but I don’t think I would order it again. The Alaska roll I wouldn’t recommend it at all. I didn’t taste the basil at all and it was just simply meh and finally the Geisha roll. This one was the best one in my opinion. I liked that they had a big variety of veggie rolls. I’m excited to try them all on my future visits. We are happy we found this place!
We went there around 5:00pm on a Wednesday and the place was empty which I liked. 😀

This is a great spot for good food and good sushi with family and friends. My family and I stopped by this restaurant after church on Sunday for some lunch. It was fairly empty so we had no issues getting a seat right away and getting our food on time.

There is an option of booth or regular seating. It has a modern set up which created a nice atmosphere for dining. I really liked how the menu is set up where sushi rolls are buy one get one free and dinner is available and served all day every day.

Our server was professional and greeted us with pleasantries. We ordered soup, entrées, and sushi. All items came out in a timely manner. Everything was cooked well and tasted great. One of the sushi rolls ordered was supposed to be spicy but there was no real spiciness to it; nevertheless, it tasted really good despite that.

We enjoyed our visit and would visit again.

Normally a great place but we ordered two dinners to go, and they gave us lunch portions, paid $33 for two of these half filled dinner containers. This is sad for $16 each. Called the restaurant and the manager said they can’t do anything for me. It’s a shame because they really used to have the best food.

My sister n love stopped in. My 1st time and was very excited to try. Had seen another person posting their meals. It always looked really good.
Atmosphere is very nice. Our waiter was great and attentive.

I thought the food was delicious and on point . Just the right amount of spice. I ordered the Veggies stir fry basil with tofu. My ride and live ordered the same with chicken and she thought hers was too spicy. But she kept eating and took the rest home.

The place is large . Limited staff but they still serve reasonably on time. The food is really good especially their bogo rolls. Salmon rolls are a little too small. Checkout their sweet potato rolls. Its really good. Also checkout Thai Basil curries.

ShabaShabu has a trendy setting with a lounge and the entire vibe of the place was pleasant including the quality silverware. We started with the Japanese sampler appetizer, which included fried gyoza, fried ebi shumai & fried chicken harumaki. All of them were crispy and flavorful and their in-house mustard sauce was outstanding. It was followed by Shabu and Hokkaido rolls which were fresh and delicious, Japanese fried rice was a little oily though. After reading other reviews about the coconut cake we had to order one…It was moist and not overly sweet but I could have skipped it and still enjoyed our meal. For drinks we had Mango mojito, which was perfect refreshing drink and Thai coffee. Overall a great experience & we will be back to try other items on the menu. Highly recommend for extraordinary service & sushi.
