Quick Bite before a show at the Magic Stick.

This place does well by word of mouth & I was pleasantly surprised by how good the slices were. Affordable, Fast & memorable pizza. I have no problem recommending this place after just one visit. Keep up the good work guys.

Ordered over the phone. My order was ready exactly when i was told it would be. It was EXACTLY as i requested and delicious! I highly recommend the steak fries. Superbly seasoned. Great late night spot!

Popped in after a show (super convenient), first off the name is perfect. We ordered the southwest and another one (cannot recall). Had a slice while we waited too. The crust was delicious and pizzas flavorful. Wasn’t a big fan of the asparagus and garlic on the one( but my husband loved it), but really enjoyed the southwest.

Trash and expensive. I understand it is in Woodward and very busy but it is not the same as it was 10 years ago.
Don’t put something on the menu if you don’t know how to make it. My margherita pizza has no sauce in it. Wait was so long that I have to eat it. Medium pizza is $20. Crazy even in 2024. Maybe the American pizza ( pepperoni, supreme…)will be better but mine was very disappointing

Great pizza, had a pepperoni slice and a cheese slice. Great dough and great sauce. Nice staff. Cool vibes, pizzeria connected to a bar and a bowling alley. Would recommend a visit and would visit again.

Hi Sgt Pepperoni’s team, I ordered a baked Italian calzone for the first time the other night when we were at a concert…OMG it was the best calzone I’ve ever had! I’ve been visiting Majestic Detroit since my college days 20 years ago and it looks like the POS might be the same vintage system from back in the day. Curious: how are you handling contactless payments during peak nights, and would upgrading that flow improve guest throughput and satisfaction? If you’re open to a quick chat, what would you want to fix first so checkout feels seamless for guests?

Great pizzas and the large ones are huge. It’s within the garden bowl premises and you get garlic breads as complimentary when you order for pizza. You can customize the pizza based all the toppings that they have available with them. They also provide slices of pizza for $2 and more depending on the toppings that you wish. The one quality that I love about this restaurant is that they prepare the pizza crust fresh and manually (by hands).

Don’t order a small
Pizza and expect like more than a nugget of bread. Please just buy two slices of pizza it’s actually less money

Super small counter. I got the Chicken Bacon Ranch Pazone and it was nothing but hot sauce. Not only was it terribly rolled like the didn’t know how but all the ingredients was separate. Worst pizza in Detroit, bar none. Will not be going back

Well, well, well, look who’s back at Sgt Peppers Pizza in Detroit on Woodward – our very own pizza-loving, cookie-munching superstar! And not just for one day, but two days in a row – talk about dedication to the cheesy cause!

Now, let’s talk about the real stars of the show here – the pizza and the cookies. The pizza is so good, you’ll be planning your next trip back before you’ve even finished your last slice. The crust is crispy and delicious, and the toppings are like a symphony of flavors dancing on your taste buds. It’s almost like you’ve stepped into a pizza wonderland – or maybe you just have a really good imagination.

And let’s not forget the cookies, oh sweet mother of all things sugary and scrumptious! That almond joy cookie is the stuff of legends. It’s like someone took a regular cookie and said, “you know what this needs? More almonds and coconut.” And you know what? They were right.

So, if you’re in the mood for some seriously good pizza and cookies that will make your taste buds sing, then do yourself a favor and head over to Sgt Peppers Pizza. Who knows? Maybe you’ll end up going two days in a row, just like our intrepid reviewer here. Hey, there are worse things in life, right?
