Ordered take out. Got 5 raviolis for $28. Spaghetti was so dry need a gallon of water to get through half of it meatballs were alright. Fettuccine Alfredo was also dry has heck. Soups were Surprisingly good so they have that going. Overall very low quality. They have a good flavor profile but definitely need to work on cooking it better.

I went in with my family today. To start, they keep the thermostat at about 45° fahrenheit. Not a single patron there removed their coats or beanies. We had to repeatedly flag down the waitress for anything we needed. After about a 50 minute wait we got our entrees. Well, two out of four of us did. The other two entrees took an additional 10 minutes, so we were all eating at different times. The food was mediocre at best. Would not recommend

Food was great! 10/10 for all 4 of us. What was really bad was the service. The waitress knew nothing about the menu. Our silverware and glasses were dirty with not only water spots (which I can ignore) but with old food still on them. We had to ask our waitress for everything, including to clear away plates we were done with and drink refills. The cold air that blows in everytime someone opens the door is a real let-down as well. We will not be going back due to the poor service. Its a shame because the food was really good. I recommend just ordering your food to go and enjoy it at home, because this was probably the worst service I’ve ever had at a restaurant. If the service was even mediocre I’d give 4 or 5 stars just for the food alone, but it was that poor.

Tried this place and won’t be going back. The water glasses had to be returned one still had lipstick on it and the other was full of water marks. The server brought back 2 more glasses the still looked unclean. So no water for us. I ordered the muscles which the sauce was ok but most of the muscles hadn’t opened so which means they are dead. Not eatable. These should not even have been put in the plate. I know my muscles as where I come from you get fresh ones these are cultivated. So for 17$ could only eat half. Not the best. My friend ordered the caprese which the tomatoes were not completely ripe. Very unclean looking I personally wanted to walk out but my friend said we should try it. And they don’t have a liquor license yet either. We were looking forward to having a glass of wine with dinner. The only positive was the young lady waiting on us she was very sweet and pleasant. Be careful the entry way was very icy not cleaned off.

This place is a breath of fresh air to the dinning options in Williston. The food at Sforno is 100% the star here. The food was balanced, fresh and flavorful. Nice portions and well presented on the plate. Personally, I can appreciate the chef leaves a little room to salt and pepper to my taste. 3 of us dined there and all of us got pasta that was perfectly al dente. There a few misses, they need to fix the front door situation so cold air doesn’t rush in every time someone walks in, the ambiance is not that of a put together concept, and servers are new and are not fully in their groove yet. So if you dine there remember you are there for the food most of all. Side note, as of time of writing this review they had not gotten their liquor license so no wine yet. Supposedly coming soon.

Meatballs were hard fried, $12 for a salad that should have been included in the entrée, really, $12 for some lettuce! The other dishes were very unremarkable. The overall ambiance is fine as was the service but the food leaves much to be desired, especially for the price. I had high hopes but my advice is save your money and time.

We wanted to try Williston’s new Italian spot for a holiday weekend kickoff with our son and his girlfriend visiting from out of town. We were sat at a 4 top table directly in front of the door, in -20 degree weather. To say it was cold is a gross understatement. We were greeted by our server, who was kind enough, but was the only hostess/server/busser for the 7 or 8 tables in the place, on a Friday night. There was another employee (I think it’s the guy who wrote the 5 star review below) who stood behind the host stand the majority of our visit while the hostess/server/busser struggled to tend to their guests, seating, getting drinks, taking orders, bussing tables, bringing out the orders and resetting the tables. Needless to say, the service was slow and despite our obvious discomfort with how freezing cold it was (every guest had a jacket and or scarf and beanie on) the heater was only turned up after we asked. The food was OK, but the fact that we received 2 entrees and then 5 minutes later a 3rd and then 10 minutes after that the 4th, was just weird. It could have been a much better experience had the place been a comfortable temperature for guests and if the 1 girl running the the entire dining room had some support. We’d like to give them another try again some time. Hopefully they work out kinks (I suggest a support staff for the dining room and an electric fireplace to help with the inside temps).

We sat in this restaurant for almost 2 hours, over an hour of which was just waiting on our order. There are 4 of us, only 3 ordered entrées. There are also no children’s options/menu. The food was decent at best, definitely not worth the wait or the price. The customer service was alright. We would not recommend this restaurant nor will we be going back.

Do not recommend. No wine or beer options. Zero ambiance, server didn’t under their own menu. Was served a $14 appetizer that consisted of Walmart bought meats that took over 15min to plate. Also the complimentary bread basket is just grocery store French bread. Just an awkward experience, will not be going back.
