I love it. Its a nice place for some good smoked meats. I ordered half slab of ribs wings and a brisket sandwich. The ribs where fall off the bone (instantly). The wings were fresh and seasoned well. The brisket sandwich is a Gold Star Hit!!! The atmosphere was definitely nice. The music plus the food made me feel right at home. Customer Service was amazing and they definitely took their time to help me with the menu and let me right. Yes I would recommend. YES I will come again.

That is a cheesesteak! We tried several items and definitely would be coming back. Cheesesteak was delicious, melting in the mouth and flavorful. Wings so good and the crunch. Tried as well ribs and they were tasty too! Good size portion and great atmosphere!

Probably the best brisket sandwich I’ve ever had. It was so juicy and flavorful plus it was packed with brisket. The staff was super friendly and the atmosphere of the place was top notch. Please stop here for BBQ, you won’t be disappointed.

I was in the area from out of town and looked up the best cheesesteaks in the area, as we were close(ish) to Philly, and this place kept coming up so I figured it was worth a try.
At around 2:40pm I placed an order for 1 large original cheesesteak, 2 small original cheesesteaks, 1 lamb cheesesteak, and 1 fries on GrubHub for a 3:15 pickup time. We were driving back to Baltimore and planned to leave around 3:30, so I figured that by saying 3:15 it would definitely be ready.
I arrived at 3:45 and the place was empty, to be honest, I wasn’t even sure the place was open or still in business. There were no customers, and no staff to be seen.
I found my way to the back where eventually someone came out. I told him i was there for my GrubHub order to which I was met with empty eyes as if I was spoke a different language. They said that they didn’t have any, and when I showed them my confirmation they looked and realized that their GrubHub system wasn’t on.
I showed them my order and they told me it would 5-8 minutes at most to make it all, so I decided to wait. Fast forward 30 minutes and my food finally comes out. Keep in mind during this time the two employees who worked this side of the place were not to be seen at all as they were in the back area and when another pair of customers came in, they waited for a while as well.
When my food came out I went to my car and realized my order was wrong. They gave me 3 regulars, instead of 1 large and 2 regular, and 0 fries. I went back to get the fries and was told it would take just 1 minutes to scoop them, but 5 min later he comes out with my fries. I was given a very soft and seemingly insincere “sorry”. So 1 hour later then it was supposed to be ready (granted the first 30 min were due to me), I finally got my food.
When I finally ate the cheesesteaks, damn they were good. The original brisket is very smokey, too smokey for my wife, but I loved it, and the lamb was perfection.
I would order again, but make sure to call, don’t order online.
They also have a whole Gluten Free bakery on site that looked awesome.
I totally get mistakes happen and normally wouldn’t have held it against them, but the seemingly insincere apology and the inaccurate timing expectations were very disappointing. If they had told me from the start that it’ll be 20-30 minutes, fine, I’ll make my decision but to tell me 5-8 and then be nearly 4x that……

I’ve driven past this place countless times and always wondered what the food was like, so I finally decided to stop in and I’m glad I did. The atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable right from the start. As I was placing my order, the owner came from behind the counter, greeted me with a warm “welcome home,” introduced himself, and instantly made me feel at ease. For a moment I thought he actually knew me, but I quickly realized this is how he treats everyone with genuine warmth and respect.
I ordered a cheeseburger with fries, and the wait time was no more than ten minutes. The food was delicious fresh, well-prepared, and very satisfying.
This experience made it clear that the owner understands what truly makes a business successful: excellent customer service paired with quality food. He delivered on both. I’ll definitely be back and will happily continue to support this business. Thank you for a great experience!

Absolutely amazing! I recently tried the smoked brisket egg and cheese on a brioche bun, and it was magnificent. The brisket was tender, smoky, and packed with flavor, and everything came together perfectly. You can tell real care goes into the food here. Seymour’s Watch My Smoke BBQ is a must-try — I’ll definitely be back!

Seymour’s is amazing! I’ve been there a few times and everything was great. So far I’ve had the smoked brisket egg and cheese, hash browns, onion rings and the original smoker cheese steak. I can’t recommend it enough. Unfortunately I’ve finished eating before thinking to take a picture. Maybe next time.

I’ve been seeing this place for a while as I work in the area. When I saw they have a special for $3 cheeseburgers I was skeptical. Let’s just say they should be charging more for those burgers! Straight fire! Affordable yet flavorful and filling! I definitely will be back to try some of their brisket as a tray was coming out when I picked my order up and it looked amazing!
