I had to come to Seymour’s Cafe as I was out at the Mall in Short and they are less than 10 minute’s away.

This is a unique 5 star restaurant that is worthy of a visit by Guy Fieri if he is still doing road trips for “Diners , Drive Ins and Dives”.

All I can say is you have to try them. It’s worth the drive! They put a different spin on everything they serve. When you walk in, you may think it’s a local deli that you go for a take out breakfast or lunch.

Then you see the tables and all the customers sitting there. They have everything you could want from coffee, teas, juices, smoothies, sandwiches paninis, poke bowls, pancakes, waffles, breakfast and lunch dishes.

You can tell that they have a ton of regular customers, that are very loyal. They also do catering, and even though I live in Brooklyn, they are willing to deliver to me.

Today I met some amazing people at the restaurant. Congratulations to Carlos who is a new manager. He is a US Army Veteran who saw combat action and I hope everyone will thank him for his service when they visit. Carlos really cares about his customers. When we entered we were greeted, he started up a conversation and checked in on us throughout our meal.

Victor was our server and he made great recommendations. He was also very friendly, we also met Melvin who was a runner and made sure the food came out promptly with all the accoutrements.

Today we started with the blueberry pancakes. You get two large pancakes that are as big as the dish. They had blueberries inside and outside, whipped cream and maple syrup. Probably the best I’ve ever had!

I had the apple, lemon, ginger juice which hit the spot.

We also had the tuna poke bowl and the shrimp fajita bowl. The ingredients and fish were fresh and plentiful. I was stuffed by the time we left.

I would highly recommend Seymour’s Cafe if you want to experience phenomenal food and customer service.

Worth all the dollars you’ll spend here, and it will be a lot, but I’ve not ordered 1 thing here that I’ve been disappointed in. All stuff is super tasty & so fresh. Salmon Benedict is my favorite

I got an everything bagel with egg and cheese. And there everything bagel is pretty much a plain bagel. There is nothing on top. And you have to ask for extra bacon because it’s here is only egg and cheese pretty much inside. Very disappointing

Always come to Seymour’s when I’m town. Food is very tasty and nicely plated. Staff is attentive and super friendly. Their staff had us sample their French Onion soup, which was delicious and comforting on a cold snowy day. Always order either their panani sandwiches or classic Benedict with home fries-highly recommended!

Really good place.

They have good deli, a diversity of products and a really nice atmosphere. If you near for a breakfast and a lunch, worth it.

It’s a welcome place, but they really care of you.

Congrats.

Tiny diner/cafe that fills up fast! I appreciated the large, bowl-like cup of strong drip coffee that arrived at my table with a small carafe of cream. just what I needed to start my day.

Wide variety of interesting overnight oats available and just about everything else.

I enjoyed how they serve water in Mason jars with cucumber or lemon slices with a bamboo skewer.

This is a good example of other dishes being prepared with that extra touch of something special.

There are a lot of tables available but the place does seem to fill up quickly.

As a diabetic who loves going out for breakfast, I am consistently stuck with eggs and meat, eggs and meat. Well, I had the gluten free, FLOUR free banana pancakes here and I was so thrilled to have another yummy option. Excellent, great service, friendly attitudes, loved it all.

First off: this place has the BEST homefries.
The self-service coffee is great because there’s an array of flavors from your standard vanilla and hazelnut to snickerdoodle and graham cracker.
The food came out super fast and was delicious. Everyone working here is super friendly. They are all masked and clean surfaces.
They offer indoor and outdoor dining.
I’d absolutely come back if I lived closer.

Get the home fries well done, you won’t be sorry!!!!

The woman managing the front counter is a superstar. She’s short and has glasses and she was answering a non-stop phone line, walk-ins and dealing with the staff all while being the kindest person with a smile. Super impressed.
