I went to Samar restaurant tonight in Salem, New Hampshire, and it was amazing from start to finish as my friend would say soup 10 nuts my server/bartender Martin was amazing straight from Beirut Lebanon. We talked a lot because I’m half Lebanese and he was a joy very young, but great personality very professional and makes an amazing martini. Cheers to you Martin. Hope you do well in America make some good money and then retire in Lebanon, which is such a beautiful country I’m bringing lots of friends and family back to your restaurant. Servmar Bistro is truly a hidden gem! The homemade food is absolutely delicious — you can taste the freshness and care in every bite. The place is spotless and has such a warm, inviting atmosphere that makes you feel right at home. The service is outstanding; everyone is friendly and attentive. The drinks are amazing — perfectly crafted and full of flavor! A special shoutout to Martin, the bartender, who makes some of the best cocktails I’ve ever had. Josh was the best server & the food & drinks were incredible. I’m very picky and I loved everything so much! The quality of the chicken was outstanding. First Mezze platter I’ve ever had and it was sooooo delicious and flavorful. Sincerely obsessed with how good the drinks were !!!! Idk who the bartenders are but OMG you killed it ! Even the impromptu lemon drop shot at the end was like the best I ever had. And can we say vibe… I feel so comfortable and relaxed here ! Thank you! We will for sure be back!!!

We had such an amazing dinner at Sevmar Bistro Mediterranean Restaurant! We were a party of three, just looking to enjoy a nice family night out—and wow, did this place deliver. Our server, Joe, was fantastic—super friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home.

i was a bit disappointed to be honest. i may have just hit an off night for the kitchen, but the food i had was not all that great. the bread basket came out, it was pita bread (to be expected). but with about 20 single serving pats of butter??that’s just bizarre …no hummus, tapenade or olive oil provided for dunking, which one would expect at a mediterranean restaurant. it also was not homemade made but store bought pita. while the food had flavor, it was lacking. the spinakopita was frozen triangles that i could have purchased at any supermarket and popped in my air fryer. not the nice homemade pie one would expect. but yes they were tasty though. my salad was abysmal, pretty much just a bowl of lettuce with an old cherry tomato, 1/2 slice of green pepper and one slice of cucumber cut in half. while my chicken swarma and rice had flavor, the “steamed” vegetables were not cooked enough, the carrots were raw. fortunately i like raw veggies. i found the atmosphere to be funky and fun and the staff was super kind. maybe i hit an off night, but based on this experience, i don’t think i will be back.

Every time we visit, we have a wonderful experience with both the food and drinks. Our most recent lunch at the bar with Martin was exceptional. He’s an outstanding, hospitable, and personable bartender who takes great pride in his work. Sorry no pics! We were to busy enjoying it all!
