Super friendly server. Relaxed vibe. Mediocre food, especially for the price. However, if you’re staying in the hotel and want classic American food without having to walk far, this is your only option.

We visited this place to watch the finals between golden state and Boston Celtics! The place wasn’t busy when we reached but quickly got filled up. They had just two servers that day but they got very busy in the end.
We loved the food and the drinks here.
The chicken flatbread is a must try. They even customized it for my vegetarian friend. The chicken wings are SUPERB! Do try them.

Their food and drinks are a bit pricey but it’s not bad. I had a musroom burger added caramelized onions. It was good and had flavor. Not the best but good. My wife had a sirloin steak medium well, it came out perfectly cooked. I had their stout which was smooth. Wife had a long Island that was really strong had her a little tipsy half way. Not a bad thing! If you’re staying at their hotel, this is not a bad place to have dinner and some drinks. Too bad it closes early. 10pm

Seriously under staffed. The poor guy that was there was working hard. That said, all I have to say is, I ordered me burger done medium. Not hockey puck. The chicken quesadilla was pretty good.

Not what it used to be. Order a burger, well done with a salad. Burger came out pink and had a funny taste IMO. I was hungry; hadn’t eaten all day, tried to make it work. After I few bites … had to send it back. I rarely ever send back food – so for me to do so is unusual. I asked for another item – the burger had left a bad taste in my mouth (literally). The staff came back and said if I wanted another item – I had to pay for two meals! They would replace the burger. No apology? Wow! The second burger was well done, but still tasted funny IMO. I couldn’t finish it. It looks like they’re serving frozen patties with LOTS of seasonings. I paid and left … lost my appetite.
I also didn’t appreciate having to listen to the customer at the next table FaceTiming for 30 minutes with her phone on speaker.

Food details follows. Some bartenders are awesome. New bartenders are not and shouldn’t be on a shift by themselves until they can manage the work. This is a management issue that seems to be a trend. But my review is focused on your menu, specifically the buffalo chicken sandwich. It used to be amazing – a real chicken breast in buffalo sauce. Your recent change is terrible – not even sure it’s actually chicken now. How could you not understand this change produces a truly disgusting product? I think you should be prepared to have guests return this entre uneaten, as it honestly is bad food.

I was seated for breakfast at a table with two old cups and a half full thing of coffee creamer. The waitress took my fiancés drink order and not mine, then brought my food out. I did not have silver ware and the sole waitress ran away faster than I could ask. Additionally, a continental breakfast with fruit, yogurt, toast and a coffee is $20. This is an absurd rate for terrible service.

Not a great night at the Sevens Bar & Grill. Came here to meet a friend, the location is good in the ground floor of the Crowne Plaza.
It took around 10-15 minute intervals to get the attention of the waitress at any point. Usually this also involved waving her down (she came over 2x in the 1 hr of happy hour we had left). The happy hour menu is decent we had the calamari which was pretty good and the tacos were mediocre.
Later on we were joined by 1 more who ordered a Cuban sandwich. The Cuban sandwich took 35 minutes to come to the table. Then after getting the bill there were two errors, we were charged for two beers we didn’t drink and the beers did not come up at the right pricing.
Now in their defense it was extremely busy due to the NBA finals but still inexcusable. Only bright side is the 15% food check in discount but needless to say I won’t be back.
