For a first-time experience, it couldn’t have been better. I left feeling happy, relaxed, and already planning my next visit. Seven Stars Bakery has definitely earned all five stars!

My $7 iced caramel latte was really delicious albeit expensive. The $6 almond croissant was good. There was a tiny line on this rainy Saturday afternoon but we found seats easily enough. Two big single stall bathrooms. The cafe was bigger than I expected and had a bright, airy vibe.
We visited because Chris D’elia mentioned it at his show last night!

I have supported 7 stars bakery since they opened. For the first time today I need to say that the server(s) on the coffee making side of things were awful. 2 workers were more interested in socializing and gossiping. I was the only customer who ordered a latte style drink. It took 10 minutes..with all the chatting including a couple expletives.
Food is always great. Atmosphere is great. Meeting up with friends is great. Service like today doesn’t hit right.

I’ve been here many times!! Fantastic location. Toms of seating. All the pastry are on point. The coffee selection is good. I am an espresso person and theirs isn’t quite my style. The Caramel latte is bomb. I get half caramel. As it’s less sweet and more flavor.

One and Done. Never Coming Back.
I tried this place last weekend, and honestly? Never again.
Can someone please explain why I have to stand at the counter and be subjected to the extremely colorful and loud play-by-play of the baristas’ weekend drama? Seriously.
The whole place was moving at a glacial pace because the tall, flannel-wearing young woman (the one with the broad shoulders) was too busy holding court with her coworkers to make a drink. She wouldn’t make eye contact, and she was clearly distracted.
Meanwhile, her coworkers were circling around her, actually working hard, but too afraid to interrupt her epic tale to say, “Hey, focus on the drinks, please!”
It was totally unprofessional, ridiculously slow, and honestly, just plain rude.
Concentrate on the coffee, not the conversation. My time is valuable, and that whole operation needs a serious reality check on customer focus and speed. Unacceptable service and dry, weird lemon cake…oh, and my small iced mocha took 20 minutes and tasted burnt. Tossed both items. You’ve all been warned.

My favorite coffee shop in the West Bay. I probably go here 2-3 times a week, and work remotely or for a weekend outing. I drink black coffee or iced coffee, which is delicious here. If you’re curious, they serve George Howell coffee and it’s always freshly roasted! I’ve had their lattes and they’re fine, but their regular coffee and pastries are what really shine. Try their chocolate chip cookie or olive bread. Their seasonal strawberry lemonade is also . Love sitting on the patio on nice days.

I love the Seven Stars near my home, but the Cranston location was a disappointment this morning. The person taking my order was cordial and friendly, but the people at the drinks pickup could use some basic training. I ordered a small latte. I was handed a different drink but assumed it was mine since I was motioned to take it. A minute later, the person at the counter called over to me across the room asking if I took the wrong drink – and not in a tone that acknowledged her mistake, but rather an accusatory one. I was taken aback and politely said I took what was given to me. She said I took a medium pumpkin latte. I didn’t pay close enough attention to the size of the cup, which I shouldn’t have had to do since the drink was handed to me – I also don’t drink pumpkin anything. She should have at the very least said sorry for HER/THEIR mistake, not mine. I hadn’t taken a sip of the mistaken order, but was made to feel like I had done something wrong. No apology whatsoever.
I have never had this experience at a Seven Stars before. She will know who I am, because even others noticed the lack of professionalism. I’d suggest that simply calling out a name or number would have avoided any confusion on their part or mine (which they did occasionally only afterwards). This should be a standard practice. This is also a safety measure as allergies need to be considered. Other establishments – including other Seven Stars – also write the drink type on the cup.

I am out here visiting from Las Vegas and decided to try this bakery. The place was nice, staff were very polite, but for the price I was disappointed. I had a chocolate croissant but there was little to no chocolate. I would not get this again but the almond croissant was very good.

First time & loved it!
I had a Pecan Sticky Bun. It was delicious and so moist.
My wife had a Cheese Danish. It was also delicious. The young man who helped us was very professional.
We’ll be back!

Great coffee, the only issue I have is any time and EVERY time I redeem rewards and get a free coffee it’s always wrong or the coffee is splattered down the whole cup. Every single time. I still tip when getting a free coffee.
