The DJ was great, but I encountered an issue with the hookah I received, which was not functioning properly. When I mentioned it, the waitress immediately informed me that I would need to pay for a replacement within just three minutes of receiving it. The management arrived at our table with a confrontational attitude and offered to remake the hookah for an additional cost, yet they refused to take back the faulty one. I ordered lamb chops! They were salty! I requested they be taken off my bill, I was advised I’d have to pay half because 2 land Cho’s had been eaten. How do you taste if you don’t bite into it. I will NEVER PATRONIZE THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN! And if I see an extra charge on my card I’m going in! And you wonder why! This is crazy!! Poor customer service the manager, lol! #sadbuttrue

Never ever will I ce back and spend my hard earned dollars!!! Waitress was trash! Hookah was trash for every one! The Waitress tried to blame us for for a faulty hookah and tried to charge an extra $10 on a hookah that we weren’t advised was Premium over regular to increase her tab and gratuity. She was the worst Waitress ever we will NEVER COME BACK

We went on a Monday night so not that busy….although there was hardly anyone there,the spinach dip as an appetizer was cold when it arrived, and it took a very long time for the entrees to arrive,we ordered lamb medium-came welllll done, our server was very nice, but it did take a while for her to check on us for refills, etc. The food was ok, the pasta was the best according to everyone. Hookah was $15, cheapest I’ve seen, but on the other hand, the only thing that floored me was a shot of Don Julio was $25(….I was just at St. Regis 5* hotel, and it was only $20 for context)

This place was magical. The decor, staff, and vibes were all on point. We sat at the bar and came in as the evening started, so it was not packed. I enjoyed a hand crafted lemon drop martini, while my friends enjoyed some tropical deliciousness. They offer hookah, so we ordered one. The quality of the hookah was unmatched to places we’ve previously tried it. When it was time to order food, I found ease looking for something to eat as a pescetarien. The fish po boy was grilled, decadent, seasoned just right and paired with the right amount of shoestring fries. Can’t wait to go back!

The down fall of black owned businesses is always customer service. It took 20min ti get serviced. I ordered the lamb chops and for $27 this is how they came. I asked for the manager (shouldve gotten her name but she was pregnant), she said that’s how they come. I asked if she could redo one because it looked like it had been bitten off and she said that the kitchen was closed. I have been to places where lamb chops where half that and you actually get meat on the bone. The total bill was about $140 for 2 meals, 3 drinks, and a hookah. In the city where the decor is nice and the service is up to par, that is acceptable but on the south side when you basically getting McDonalds service, that is not. Will not be back. The food was good though (not enough for the price tag), just the service was horrible!!!

We came in sat at the bar for at least 15 minutes before the young lady came to serve us. The other one that was there could have said something like perhaps your bar tender will get you in a minuteor something. Finally ordered a Coors, got a Coors light didn’t realize it until after I started drinking it. The nachos getting beef was over cooked, I’ve had better from the place that why I ordered them, I know next time. The whole experience was just lousy.
