We placed an order for collection on New Year’s Eve and were advised to allow 55 minutes before arriving. However, once we got to the restaurant, we had to wait an additional 45 minutes. It was clear the staff were under a lot of pressure due to the high volume of orders, and many customers had also been waiting a long time. That said, the food was exceptional — the flavours were outstanding, and each curry contained a generous amount of meat. Despite the wait, we would definitely order again.

The food from here is usually very good. There’s a wide range of veggie dishes as well, and I think a majority of the meals can be made to suit a vegetarian.
The only issue is the service times, I think if the owner isn’t in, then there might be some management issues. My partner and I waited over 90 minutes for our main meals as we were sat down in the restaurant, but we had enough of waiting so we offered to pay for our starter and to leave. In fairness, they did allow us to leave and gave us our starters on the house as well.

Very good food, in fact probably the best vegetable rice I’ve ever had.
The chicken Ceylon was also outstanding, I just wish I’d had room to try more things.
We went early and a good job too as it filled up very quickly and the phone never stopped which is always a good sign, will very happily return one day.

Superb Indian food! We moved here from London/Surrey 3 years ago and found this hidden gem. The food is absolutely delicious and is second to none, takeaway and eating in there is no difference in taste or standard. Akee the owner will accommodate for any dietary, heat, or specific requirements, and really takes pride in his business. Lovely welcoming and happy.

We’re on a mini break to Pembrokeshire and decided a curry would end our first day perfectly. Found reviews on Seven Spice and this restaurant didn’t disappoint. We hadn’t booked a table so went in on the off chance and tables were moved about to accommodate the two of us (would recommend booking!). We had poppadoms, pickle mix, chicken chat purees, pilau and egg fried rice alongside a chicken balti and korai. Full of spice, absolutely delicious. The two gents on front of house were attentive and general atmosphere was great. The price came upto around £47 – included 2 drinks too. If we come back to this area again, we will definitely return to Seven Spice!

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received from your restaurant this evening. I phoned to place an order for delivery and was met with rude and unprofessional behaviour from your staff.
Initially, I was told outright that no delivery would be made tonight. A moment later, another staff member came on the phone and said the opposite — that delivery would be possible — but their attitude was extremely rude and dismissive. This left me feeling confused and very poorly treated as a customer.
I chose your restaurant because I had been highly recommended it for the quality of your food. Unfortunately, the customer service I experienced completely overshadowed that recommendation and has put me off ordering from you altogether.
I hope you take this feedback seriously, as no customer should be spoken to in such a manner. Unless the customer service improves, I will not be using your restaurant again.
