The staff were super friendly and attentive, checking in often and keeping the coffee topped off. The vibe is cozy and welcoming, with a relaxed atmosphere that makes it easy to linger and enjoy your meal. Portions are generous, and everything that came out of the kitchen looked delicious.
Definitely one of the best breakfast spots around. I’ll be coming back to try more from the menu!
The staff is friendly!
It is always in a very busy atmosphere. Which means good business!
Parking can be a little bit challenging because it is so busy.
Prices are within reason because of the quality of the food is excellent!
I do recommend this place!
I hope you are as pleased as I was!
Please keep in mind that they are busy so please be patient.
Seven Miles Cafe is a nice neighborhood spot for breakfast, with great food and good service. However, be mindful of additional charges for substitutions and add-ons, as they can add up quickly—and servers don’t always mention these extra costs upfront.
This was our first visit, and overall, we enjoyed the experience. The kid’s pancake was impressively large for $5, and the sausage link ($2) was flavorful. A glass of milk for $3.50 seemed a bit high, but that’s part of the pattern here—they charge for everything.
The Texan Scramble ($19.79) was excellent, and I added onions and bell peppers for an additional $2. The green salsa served with it was outstanding—definitely worth asking for! Another standout was “The Usual,” which included applewood-smoked bacon and scrambled eggs ($16.99). I asked for cheese on the eggs and was charged $1 extra for it.
For two adults and one child, our bill came to $61.57 before tip. While the food and atmosphere were great (the place was packed, with plenty of parking), the surprise charges were a bit of a downside. Still, it’s a good breakfast option if you’re aware of the pricing details ahead of time.
The good:
– food is fresh, very well portioned, and they have plenty of options. From breakfast bowls to scrambled eggs, and sweeter options.
– the ambiance is very relaxed and enjoyable. It has good seating for both large and smalls parties.
– they have a good drink menu, including juices, and coffee bar, and alcoholic drinks (mimosas, Bloody Mary, etc)
– prices for food range from $10 – $19, and drinks vary from $8-13, and most coffees are around $6, juices are $4.5.
The not so good:
– Our server was extremely polite. But they were a bit slow, both for service and for the food. So, be patient. They did seat us right away though.
– Parking is shared, and it was packed.
