Excellent spot & great drink selection. The Bartenders are great, the crowd is great & feels more casual to business casual.
Great cigar smoking area with seating on the side patio. Also a great place to play pool. The drinks at happy hour are pretty good and it’s a solid chill place to enjoy a beverage with friends.
Overall a spot to stop by and get a nice old fashioned.

Bouncer was incredibly rude last night (chubby bearded fellow) and on some kind of ego trip. I had never been here before and was meeting a date here for the first time. Why he singled me out; I have no idea. It’s been a while since I’ve been to a bar and I’m not used to seeing a bouncer at the door. He was chatting with some ppl and took some time to acknowledge me. I asked him what I needed to do to go in. With attitude and gruffness he said “ID- and I’m going to have to ask you to get rid of your water bottle” he was loud and unkind but I simply replied: “I’m going to finish it before I come in then bc I don’t want to throw it away” I didn’t block the entrance or anything, but very politely stepped down a ways and finished it. He had said absolutely nothing about needing to check my bag. I don’t have any weapons at all, but I have personal items in there and with the way he was already acting, didn’t know how much of a search he would do or why all of this was necessary.. or why he was so rude without cause. He also was taking extra time to inspect my id in his hands and shine a light on it and at this point, I said firmly “let me have my id back” and even though it was my belonging- he held on to it to the point I had to tug it out of his hands; he refused to just hand it back to me. I let my date know that I would not be going in there and told him I understood if he didn’t want to go anywhere else. He asked where I was and came out and said we could go elsewhere; he also said “they don’t normally check bags and purses here” (he lives very close so I imagine he is a regular) and then I realized that the bouncer really had been singling me out just for his ego trip or whatever was going on with him- i got to be the emotional punching bag for his own issues. We walked down to Cocktail bar and the bouncer was so nice and friendly; with welcoming vibes. I had just absentmindedly put my id back after being treated that way by the bouncer here, and when I didn’t immediately find it, he smiled and said “it’s ok- you’re good..come on in” and didn’t search my bag or act like he was tsa. I don’t know if my date had ordered anything before we walked down to the other establishment, (I did not and will not), but he did buy us both drinks down the street at the other establishment and my drink tasted amazing there and was absolutely fire. Can’t say it was the best date ever and the roughness/rudeness of the bouncer certainly didn’t help (for me, I had already been thinking about turning around for other reasons before I arrived and I actually drove out almost 90 miles for this) but the conversation was pretty good and the other bar offered a nice, relaxing and welcoming experience.

Definitely check this place out! Super cool vibe—a hidden gem. Herbert, was a wonderful host and made us feel at home. They have great bourbon’s and whiskey’s on shelf and can mix a satisfying old fashioned. If you want a late night place to chill and enjoy a quality night cap, come here.

Honestly great drinks for the price. Good vibe with some live music I was able to catch as well. Service was struggling to keep up – had to wait like 30 mins at the bar before anyone tried to serve me. Would have stayed a lot longer if they had properly staffed the bar

If you like whiskey, you will love Seven Grand. This bar has a cool vibe with pool tables and a separate cigar bar. They offer happy hour daily until 8PM. The bartenders are cool and make killer drinks. They have a beer selection as well.

I’ve never seen a place like this in the US. They have so many different types of whisky including Scotch and Japanes (like Hakushu 18 years). Eden also recommended great Rye and Scotch whiskies that I liked so much! Thanks Eden!

Outstanding selection of domestic and international whiskey. The Old Fashioned is their signature drink. Live entertainment blues band, amazing crowd on a Wednesday late night. They also have a smoke room and an outdoor smoking area and indoor pool tables. I highly recommend this spot!

This is my type of place! Incredible selection of whiskeys, and they make a delicious old fashioned (many options there). Turned me on to a new favorite whiskey even! (And I thought I was an expert). A couple pool tables inside and even a small balcony area for us smokers! This place is legit!

This place is awesome! The drinks are really good, the staff are friendly, the vibe is on point and they have live music. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a great experience. Lots of seating options indoors and outdoors and they have pool tables. Huge whiskey selection, dim lighting and the place smells of rich mahogany and leather bound books.

Impressive, massive, extensive collection of Whiskey that I’ve ever been, comparable to the one I’ve been to in Tokyo. Place can get busy, loud and crowded but the bartenders are attentive so you’ll get your drinks in 5-10 minutes. Not very much seating available, can either sit on the bar stool or stand for a bit no problem.
On the way to the bathroom you will see their Whiskey collection over the years which is admirable. Unfinished Whiskey bottles by famous people with their tags on.
There is also a Speakeasy within it but it was 2am and we didn’t get to try it.
