It’s known as the ‘Miracle Herb’ (灵丹) because of its amazing health benefits as one of the earliest grown Green during the spring.
More importantly, its name sounds like ‘Gathering Wealth’ (聚财) in Chinese. So, we are literally eating our way to a prosperous year!!
Get Rich by ordering this now~

The Art of the Pig Ear Salad:
A Triple Delight!
(1)The Texture: A Symphony of Crunch
In China, we pursue ‘Cuì’ (脆)—a satisfying, rhythmic crunch. The pig ear is a masterpiece of ‘Cui’.
(2)The Wisdom: The Virtue of Thrift
This dish embodies the traditional Chinese virtue of thriftiness(节俭). We practice the ‘Nose-to-Tail’ philosophy, ensuring no part of the animal is wasted.
(3)The Philosophy: The Art of Listening
Most interestingly, we have a concept called ‘Yǐ xíng bǔ xíng’ (Nurturing one’s body with similar shapes).
Eating the ‘ear’ is a poetic reminder of a vital life lesson: To listen more and speak less. In our culture, listening is considered a superior art form and a sign of wisdom. Just as this dish requires patience to braise, true understanding requires the patience to listen..
Happy Lunar New Year everyone, wish you try this store and have a better life, better fortune in your life.
Service was solid, and the restaurant is bright and lively. Parking is plentiful. Highly recommend if you’re in the area!
The phrase literally translates to “Lotus roots may break, but the fiber-strands remain connected.”
The Origin:
It comes from a poem by the Tang Dynasty poet Meng Jiao. He wrote about a woman who had been separated from her husband. Though their marriage was officially over (the “broken root”), her love and thoughts remained stubbornly attached to him (the “connecting silk”).
I was surprised by the Crispy Louts Fries.
Just like the tiny silk threads inside the lotus root, the flavor lingers on. I’ve finished the fries, but I’m still tied to this restaurant.
Chicken Steak: Seven Gram didn’t put too heavy flour to fry and the surface seems very clean(not thick and greasy) really fit for ppl who trying to keep fit and wanna eat something fried.
The sauce come with it seems a special roe sauce (fish eggs) that gives it a unique seafood twist which is so addictive.
Seven Gram Xiao Long Bao is a must-try. I had to cradle each one with my chopsticks, being incredibly delicate to ensure the skin didn’t break and spill the precious broth. As I lifted it, I could actually feel the weight of the dumpling and see the soup swishing inside. Dipped in vinegar with a few shreds of ginger, that first bite was pure bliss.
After giving it a good mix, you have to take massive bites to truly capture its essence and soul. The crunch of the purple veggies, the freshness of the greens (which I thought would be bitter, but they’re surprisingly sweet!), and the fragrant, chewy corn—all tied together by that rich pork paste. The flavors hit your brain all at once.
Science says spiciness is a form of pain, but at Seven Gram, it’s pure bliss and satisfaction. This ‘Spicy Pork Paste Over Noodle’ is the perfect symphony of color, aroma, and taste.
the restaurant that I always wanting to come back and try.
their price is like $12~16/person when outside most of the restaurant sells $30/persin
however, the quality tastes like $40+
their drinks are amazing as well, I really love it, definitely reconmand to ppl who haven’t try. totally should try this place
I like making the trip out here from Long Beach just cause the food and price is just unbeaten. The peanut cold noodles , the noodles with scallion sauce, the dumplings, everything is amazing. If you find yourself in the area craving noodles this is the place, even if you aren’t it definitely still is the place.
The cold noodles with peanut butter has such an amazing flavor, so smooth but it’ll have you wanting more. The warmth and taste of the warm noodles with scallion sauce also has a very good taste to it. The dumplings easily beat din tai fung, and for the price this place cannot be beat!
I usually don’t like shrimp, but their Potato String Shrimp totally won me over—definitely recommend trying it. The Spicy Pork Paste Over Noodles is also a must—it’s like a Chinese-style spaghetti and super tasty.
We ordered a ton of food and were totally stuffed, but still tried our best to finish everything. The best part? It was under $100 for four people (not including tip).
Only downside is the wait can be a bit long since it’s a small place, but it’s worth it. We’re definitely coming back and highly recommend it!
