The paniolo burger is massive—that is very true. The patty could’ve used a lot more seasoning. Kind of bland imo. The buns were good quality though and the toppings were all fresh as well. The onion rings were crispy and fresh, but again, could’ve used seasoning.
The fries were nice and crispy. They’re more like fried potato coins/flat potato wedges than fries.
Both the burger and fries went well with their house sauce.
Now for the atmosphere—there are flies literally everywhere in the outdoor seating area. I had to eat in my car so as to not have a fly in every bite. But I also can see how it would be difficult to control that in an outdoor environment.

Best burgers on the island! We had 4 different burgers and we all argued which was best. Really good buns- they’re sweet and firm. Fries and fry sauce were great! Thanks McKenzie! Don’t miss these burgers.

There aren’t many restaurants in the North Shore, which isn’t visited by many tourists. It’s a place that only surfers visit. As I was driving past the food truck zone of Shark’s Cove, I had a hunch that it would be great to eat here. I enjoyed the sea at Sunset Beach, and there are no restaurants there at all. We went for a drive to Shark’s Cove. The hamburgers here are really special. Make sure to order the signature Paniolo Burger. Thick deep fried onions will fill your mouth with happiness.

We came from Vancouver, Canada and it’s been a while since I had a good hamburger with fries.
We ordered potato, kids burgers, burger with onions and burger with avocado….
I have no word to describe how good the food is.
10/10!!!!
The place is gorgeous too… picnic tables, roosters and chickens with babies running around.
You can also order amazing pizza ride beside and it is amazing too!!!!
If you walk to the surf boards, u will find a plenty of space where your kids can play and u can watch the waves crashing
So impressed by people who do such a great job for its community and tourists!
Pls come and try it out, enjoy the vibe and food and respect the hard work they put into making us happy here in Hawaii.

Excellent food made & served by jolly people at a fabulous place. We had the sandwiches crispy chicken and veggie Keep the Country, Country. Both were just amazing. There are other food trucks and also snorkeling and surfing rentals in this place. We just loved the vibe. The blue ice colored water and waves are just breathtaking.

The service was good. They had just opened so trying to get started and the coke machine went down…. Fixed in about ten minutes. Ordered the blue burger. Great combination of flavors with the cheese’s and sauce. Fries were crunchy (I’m not a fan) my wife really like them though. The atmosphere is just the typical at the beach area vibe. In front of the restaurant is their bakery. We sampled the banana nut bread and it was very tasty but then picked up some cookies and ….. Well party in your mouth. Several to choose from…. Stop and grab some baked goods even if your not hungry. Always room for a cookie. Btw they are NOT little ones

I wish I had one more bite! INCREDIBLE burgers, delicious fries, and ORGASMIC onion rings. The house made sauce, the soggy bun in terikayi, the pineapple, the bacon, the cheese, crunchy lettuce, and the perfectly cooked patty made this burger the perfect balance and is now the definition of a perfect burger on the island. Wish I could live here and eat one everyday. Thank you for the best I’ve had in a long time!

Seven Brothers Burgers is a fantastic hidden gem in the North Shore food truck circle. The staff is friendly and efficient. The eating area is clean and fairly spacious. The service is fast and the food is absolutely delicious.
The deep blue burger was very flavorful and fresh and the basic fries were uniquely delicious.
Highly recommend if you find yourself visiting the North shore and hungry.

My wife and I were nearby and decided to try their burgers after reading the reviews—and they were spot on. The burger was delicious, and the relaxed atmosphere, paired with soothing reggae music, made the experience even better. The staff were incredibly friendly, and I’d definitely recommend this place.

The burgers here were delicious, highly recommend if you are near the area. Honestly all food including the fries were delicious. Everything tasted so good with their house sauce. Only thing is that I wish they had more drink options.
