Will never stop here again. Worse customer service I have experience by far. Waited a couple months before posting this in hopes the bad experience would wear off but it had not and I have to let others know to not support this business.
After we watched a young boy sample two flavors ahead of us, my family then placed an order for 7 separate ice cream selections, my daughter went last asking the employee if she could sample one flavor before deciding on her regular or this fun named flavor. The employee that just gave the other 2 samples, would not let my daughter sample just one single flavor nor give her an explanation of what the flavor would be similar to. My child was rudely told “we don’t want to start a ‘thing’ and make everyone want a sample. The employee then embarrassed her by loudly stating she should just chose something or move along as there was another family behind her looking at flavors. This family politely told us to take our time. My daughter instead asked for just a cone with no ice cream feeling pressured. When another employee at the check out, asked if everything was okay, given my daughters empty cone, I stated it didn’t go as well as we had hoped and that my daughter didn’t feel she had time to select a flavor, this employee said she would go get her a sample only to have the first employee interrupt, again very loudly stating that we took too long, we don’t need to sample every flavor (again, we did not) and to not provide a sample for my daughter. My daughter was extremely upset, almost crying and trying to apologize that she thought the flavor name was cool and she wanted to finally branch out of her comfort zone to try something new, which she never does. She ruined her self esteem and made her feel belittled. We had multiple families offer to buy her an ice cream even if she ended up not liking the flavor she wanted to try. But she declined not wanting to waste another’s time or money. After highly recommending this ice cream shop to others we have told everybody we know to steer clear and go to any other ice cream shop around even if needing to leave the justice village area. Terrible customer service!

I love the dairy-free options they have! I know the special edition flavors rotate, but if they have the vegan lemon flavor, it’s a must try. The staff is super friendly, and the location is easy to access with plenty of parking right out front (which is not easy to have in Mystic!). Definitely recommend.

Service was great, ice cream was very good (especially the vegan for our dairy free friends), definitely worth a stop if you’re in the area. Website flavors weren’t accurate but plenty of options on the board.

Was in town enjoying a beautiful autumn weekend and discovered this ice cream shop. Had a chocolate chip mint cone and it was absolutely delicious!! My husband lived the cookies and cream milkshake as well.

We were visiting from NJ with family and wanted ice cream, and Seven Birds did not disappoint! The ambiance was wonderful, and the ice cream itself was everything I could ask for creamy and flavorful. Trust me—my family LOVES ice cream, and we haven’t been this impressed with a shop in a long time. Every flavor looked so tempting, I wanted to try them all. On top of that, the customer service was fantastic. My oh my, this place is a gem!

Icecream is good but customer service nope. We had little children and they wouldn’t allow a sample. Sorry if a 3 yr old needs to try before an 8$ icecream .. only ice cream place thst won’t let you try a sample.
