I love that they offer a seasonal menu. It keeps things exciting and makes me want to keep coming back since there’s always something new to try. The seasonal dishes feel creative but still rooted in classic Italian flavors.
Settepani feels like a little slice of Italy right in Harlem. Relaxed atmosphere, incredible food, and consistently high quality. Definitely one of my favorite spots in the area!!

Settepani is truly the best Italian restaurant in Harlem. The pasta is homemade, the ingredients are imported from Italy, and everything tastes incredibly fresh and authentic. You can tell they really care about quality and tradition. The seasonal menu always has something new and delicious. It’s amazing to have a place bringing authentic Italian cuisine to Harlem for over 25 years. Highly recommend!

So freaking cool!) and the homemade pasta is INCREDIBLE. It’s clear why they’ve been bringing authentic Italian cuisine to Harlem for over 25 years. Such a special neighborhood spot! The interior is beautiful , and the service is probably the best I’ve ever received in this city. Everyone is warm, friendly and inviting. I dined alone but I didn’t feel uncomfortable at any time. If you’re looking for great food and even greater service this is the only place to go.

Stopped in for a coffee at around 5p. Was greeted with a short “whatchu need?” yelled from the other side of the restaurant. Ouch. Um, not that. Stepped outside to take a phone call, hoping that when it was over I could go back in for a take 2. The gentleman literally CAME OUTSIDE and wanted me to state my purpose as I was on the phone. Like, what? I was shocked. Who hurt you? Maybe because I was sitting at one of the outdoor tables? As I read some of these reviews, it seems to be the same unhappy man that literally harasses customers, and even potential customers! Lol. I then just went across the street to Il Caffe Latte and was greeted with a “Hi, Sweetie” and a smile. Nice save, thank you Il Caffe Latte at 189 Malcom X Blvd for the lovely coffee, cookie, service and atmosphere! ♡

I recently dined at Settepani and was blown away by the quality of the food. The steak was cooked to perfection, the ravioli was marvelous, and the calamari was fantastic. The drinks were delicious and the service was top tier. Our host, Jean Claude, was amazing and provided excellent recommendations. The pastries were also tasty. Overall, a fantastic dining experience.

A quaint restaurant & loved by the local residents!! We were celebrating a college graduate & brunch was on the menu! The host & team were very accommodating & attentive ! The food was out of this world!! I ordered the Margherita Pizza… mouthwatering & tantalizing to the taste buds ! Others had the steak & fries (crisp & prepared just right, an elevated fry) , and the salmon dish! We laughed & had a Grand celebration! Thank you! The ower stopped & greeted us was an absolute treat!

Love the setting and the food! It was a cool oasis given the heat wave in New York.
Service was quick and attentive. Calamari was great – very crispy, could have been made better with more flavors and tomato sauce.
I enjoyed the kale, avocado, cranberries, and shrimp salad I had though I wish there was a bit less dressing. There was a lot and I couldn’t finish.
