Cozy ambience, friendly staff, and very convenient hours! I have come later at night to get work done and it is very relaxed environment. Tends to get very busy during certain morning and afternoon hours and a little difficult to find somewhere to sit.
I always enjoy getting the chocolate croissants, so yummy! Although I have struggled to find a coffee/latte that I really enjoy.

Been here MANY times! Seths has to be the best in the Fox Valley! Expert baristas make for a wonderful coffee experience every time. Bakery is phenomenal. Food selection and taste is really good for not specializing in lunch. The other locations in Grand Chute and Appleton are no exception to their true artistry in craft coffee.

I absolutely love Seth’s! I’ve been going here for years now and I’ve never had a bad coffee from them. Their seasonal drinks are both fun and delicious! In the winter, I love their eggnog lattes. The atmosphere is simple and nice!! I love having a gem of a coffee shop in Little Chute!

This is a very cool third wave coffee shop. I love to come here to hang out or just pick up and run. It has a classic urban feel with a cute kids area. More often, I go to the drive thru in Appleton but the original spot is great.

Doesn’t matter if it the Little Chute, Grand Chute or Downtown Appleton location — YOU’RE GOING TO BE HAPPY! Incredible staff, warm and inviting locations with the most delicious food and drink offerings. Their vegan bakery offerings are delectable and addictive. My favorite beverage is a hot or cold oat milk chai — I can’t get enough! Their coffee is literally the best I’ve ever had (flavor profile is on point!) And they offer several plant based milks choices, a vegan breakfast sandwich and a hummus plate. Shout-out to Christopher at the Grand Chute Location, you are awesome, my friend!

The coffee was very good, but I have had Intelligestia coffee before when I lived in Chicago. However, the barista and the server were not friendly and didn’t smile at all to me or my granddaughter and her fiance. The pastry I had was dry and chewy except for the middle section. My granddaughter and her fiance had a bagel and cream cheese. The bagel was very small and it nothing short of what you can buy in the grocery store. My granddaughter liked her iced coffee and her fiance enjoyed his hot chocolate. I am not sure yet if I will return.

I have to share this because customer service most often these days is just not what it used to be. However, at Seth’s it is spectacular. Everyone is wonderful, however, I especially must boast that FIONA goes above and beyond! Her smile lights up a room upon entering and I witnessed just sitting there that not only did she treat me with excellence and grace-she treats everyone that way. Seth, this girl deserves a raise. She is a keeper!!

Great coffee from a couple different roasters, cool vibe with pretty murals, and gorgeous hand-thrown coffee mugs for amazing prices! Really enjoyed the back patio. Will def stop through any time I am in the area!
