Since opening our first location nearly a decade ago on Newport Beach’s iconic peninsula, Sessions West Coast Deli has redefined the idea of a neighborhood sandwich shop. Sessions was brought to life from a collaboration between highly driven Orange County born and raised dreamers-slash-entrepreneurs Matt Meddock, Beckham Thomas, and Chef Max Schlutz. We love Sessions in HB. I usually get the yogi sandwich or the Chinese chicken salad. My husband likes their burger. Our kids like the grilled cheese with fries and the chocolate chip cookies. Their cold brew is delicious. They have great breakfast burritos if you’re looking for breakfast.
It’s casual. You can come in straight from the beach. The people who work there are always friendly.
They have indoor seating and bathrooms. You can easily walk across to the beach and the pier.
You can’t park right in front because it’s on PCH, but there are lots of parking structures and metered street parking nearby.

Had a to go sandwich from ‘Seasons’ in Huntingdon Beach. I had The Yogi, Turkey and Avocado, and it was pretty nice, but slightly soggy. My mate had the Greatfella which was also good. Sandwiches were around $15 each and generously filled. Seating inside with a nice ambience if you want to dine in.

Absolutely loved this spot! The burrito was packed with flavor and came with a tasty salsa that had just the right kick. The grilled cheese with fries was perfectly crispy on the outside and oozing with melty cheese inside—comfort food done right. Friendly service, chill vibe, and quality ingredients. Highly recommend

we usually love this place but it was particularly busy during the the US open which i totally understand. we always get the fries, and the meddock melee. specifically highlighted no sprouts on the sandwich. ordered to go and by the time we got home we realized our order was incorrect. the sandwich looked like a completely different sandwich. not the right bread, an absurd amount of pickled onions, and it had sprouts on it. luckily we don’t have an allergy to sprouts so the sandwich was edible but it was not as good as it usually is. didn’t want to make the mile and a half walk back to the restaurant to return it. probably won’t get it to go again.

I’ve come here a couple times now, it’s just a little sandwich place right there on coast Highway across from the beach and the employees are friendly and properly responsive.
The first time I came for lunch and got a summer zephyr sandwich which was all right. Nothing special just regular deli meats and I would prefer a fresher bread on it. Then I came back and got the gringo breakfast burrito and I thought that was pretty good. I didn’t get any protein, but I still enjoyed it. Maybe next time I’ll try it. with the chicken.

Each time I visit a Sessions location, my love for them grows because of how consistent they remain and how delicious their food is.
Doesn’t matter the location, they always deliver the same quality food, the same laid back vibe, the same experience of leaving content and satisfied!

Great cute place to go get lunch with your friends on the beach! I got the yogi sandwichs with my friend, and it was so good (great if you want a crunchy sandwhich). The restaurant was decorated very beachy and cute! Definitely recommend!!

Really great service. The ingredients look fresh. And the sandwiches were amazing. I had the tuna and I really loved it. The fresh baked bread made a difference. Imthe burger is really good as well. They have unique pineapple soda that i liked. The coffee is good here as well I had the cappuccino. The fries are decent and the chips are really good.

Wow, the sandwiches here are delicious! The bread is fresh as are the ingredients. Generous meats with yummy sauces. Cookies were good too. Friendly and prompt service! View of the Pacific Ocean from the window adds to the experience. Highly recommend!
