This is the first time I’ve ever been to Servattii’s, walking in the smell was amazing.. The kids enjoyed seeing all the different donuts, cakes and cookies. Everything was so fresh and delicious. The coffee was fresh and tasted so good. I really wanted to buy myself one of those expensive bags lol

I didn’t purchase anything and will never return or even purchase anything from your store for the foreseeable future! The young lady who works there is absolutely rude and needs to take a class on how to talk to your guest/customers. I have never been spoken to in my life like she did to me. What a bully. I pre-ordered a “small” Christmas yule log. They now only have 1 small 1/4 roll of the cake and the rest is all icing. This was disappointing, but the little bit of cake in the special ordered roll was stale and hard as a rock. I can not tell you how disappointed I am.
