Had a delicious dinner here one weekend. I sat at the bar where the service by Sam and Austin was top notch. Drinks were perfect. The service was friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

Service from the back of the house was quick and presented well. From bisque to the scallops, then the salad, everything was fabulous. I think the scallops served on top of a toast point was the most flavorful. Something about the silky texture of the scaIlop coupled with the bread soaked in crab bisque base was simply amazing.

Atmosphere was noisy, busy and a little crowded but that is to be expected on a fall weekend at the bar of a popular steakhouse.

I would recommend reservations. Definitely recommend. I’ll see you there.

Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. I had the steak sandwich, which was perfectly cooked and packed with flavor — one of the best I’ve had anywhere. I couldn’t resist trying the chocolate cake for dessert, and it was just as impressive — rich, decadent, and the perfect ending to a great meal.

A huge shoutout to our waiter, AJ, who went above and beyond to make the evening special. His attention to detail, friendly attitude, and genuine care for our experience made all the difference.

Serrato’s is easily one of Brentwood’s best spots for an exceptional meal and service. Highly recommend!

My 2nd time, Exceptional Experience!

We had the pleasure of being served by Colby, who was incredibly polite, professional, and attentive. Truly a credit to the team,congratulations to the management for hiring such outstanding staff!

This venue also hosts events, which is a great bonus. For more details, just give them a call.

The food? Absolutely phenomenal. Every dish was packed with flavor, and by the end of our visit, we left with full hearts and happy smiles.

Prices are very reasonable, especially considering the high quality of the food and service.

From the moment we walked in, we knew we were in for a special treat. The ambiance was warm and inviting, but what truly elevated our dining experience were Cynthia and Matt.

Their attentiveness and friendly demeanor made us feel like honored guests from start to finish. Matt complemented her perfectly with his enthusiastic personality, ensuring we had everything we needed without us having to ask.

It’s rare to find staff who genuinely care about their guests, and both Cynthia and Matt went above and beyond to create a personal touch that transformed our meal into a memorable occasion.

The food itself was delightful, but with the addition of such fantastic service, it felt like we were dining at a friend’s home rather than just another restaurant.

We can’t wait to return and experience this unique dining experience again,I and we hope to see Cynthia and Matt when we do!

AMAZING!! I got a Lobster tail to go with my Steak, NY Strip. The LT WAS ABOUT three times the size of a Lobster Tail that comes with risotto at Gordon Ramsey Steak in Lake Charles, Louisiana.. sorry Gordon..somebody has you beat!!

We went to Serrato’s for a birthday dinner. It was very fancy but I still felt we got good value for the money. My new york strip steak with garlic mash potatoes and Brussels Sprouts was satisfying, seasoned well, and cooked to a perfect medium rare. Our waitstaff was friendly and kind. The sommelier was knowledgeable.

Overall this was our second time eating at this restaurant. First time was a party of 5 with a round table but this time there was a party of 4 and got a booth which honestly the tables are a little too small for all the silverware. We started with drinks, then appetizers, dinner and dessert with coffee. Overall we got there around 7 and left close to 9 pm. I really wanted to give this restaurant 5 stars but had just a few hiccups throughout the evening. I felt that it was not explained that bread as an extra charge, more like would you like sour dough or garlic bread and honestly if we are paying 7 bucks for bread it needs to be hot and a little better than what we got served. Another issue was I ordered for my wife the filet special which the server did not hear special and just brought out the steak and when they tried to fix it, she was brought 3 pieces of bacon and 3 pieces of crab. I don’t know for me I would have had the kitchen just fire a whole new one and comp that for her to bring home for lunch or another meal. What was brought out was disappointing and honestly embarrassing. Lastly, the pace of the menu was very poor. Our server had other tables that were larger parties and seemed to struggle. There were many times that we had dirty dishes just sitting on our table and then a random server would grab them which was nice. I would also like to think for the kind of establishment that anything to go should be boxed up by the staff next to the table rather than us being given the boxes. I don’t know, it just was not there for me last night. Some of the food options were not best: Smoked BBQ shrimp had no bbq taste, and the charcuterie board was very disappointing with the selection. Neither of those would I get again. Overall I know our guest loved the porkchop and he was the driving factor to come back a second time and he was very happy with his dish therefore we would just save this restaurant for when he is in town and wants to go.

From the moment you walk in, the finishes are elevated and regal. It has an air of sophistication and warmth. The staff was over the top with service and everyone helping in caring for each patron. Our water glass never reached less than half before someone was refilling it. We were brought new utensils with each course. The food was beautiful and plated well. The seasonings were just right and everything was light and fresh. The cocktails were unique twists on old favorites. The manager stopped by several times to check on us. I feel like since Covid it’s been difficult to find a restaurant that has atmosphere, service, and excellent food, and Serrato’s, in Brentwood, delivered on all of these. Pricing was fair for quality and experience. This is definitely going to be one of our new favorite restaurants. It’s situated in Maryland Farms, which would make it a great place for lunch or a business dinner as well. Would highly recommend. We went in a big group and service was still excellent!

Serrato’s Steakhouse is a restaurant I will definitely return to. They have a nice bar area, both booth and table seating, a beautiful wine display, and a nicely decorated interior.
The interior is only complimented by the food, which is delicious. The crab bisque was so creamy and flavorful and was paired with a slice of Italian bread. The bread was toasted so it was nice and crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside with some grated cheese on it. The cup makes a great appetizer, the bowl I am sure would be a meal.
The calamari and shrimp appetizer were so delicious.
The breading was so light and crisp and didn’t hide the calamari or shrimp, like many other places. There were pieces of fried banana pepper slices mixed in, and they were good too. It came with a home made marinara sauce.
The blackened salmon with crab entree was incredible. The salmon fillet was cooked perfectly and sat on top of a medley of vegetables. Small sliced potatoes, brussel sprouts, and mushrooms with a drizzle of the crab bisque.
The shrimp and scallop platter looked delicious. Big shrimp and big scallops on top of couscous with a dipping sauce lining it on either side.
The dessert special of the evening was amazing. An apple caramel tart with vanilla ice cream. The target was nice and warm filled with diced apples covered in a caramel sauce. A scoop of vanilla ice cream was placed in a half of a scraped out small orange. Just enough flavor of the orange gives you a bit of flavor to the vanilla ice cream that you spoon out from the orange. The ice cream mixes great with the warm apple tart.
The staff was so friendly and would stop and ask if you needed anything and how the meal tastes. They make you feel at home and comfortable.
The owner, the chef, and the staff have it together. An incredible experience and I look forward to returning to try anything on the menu.
